First time coming here after living in town for 6 years. Got my dad a large beef soup. Came with rice and tortilla bread. Cost 18 pretty pricey id say but but Dad said it was really good. So I’ll come here again for him. They do have other good food as when I went inside there was numberous customers with different types of food eating so this palace is pretty popular with locals

Really enjoyed the pupusas and horchata I ordered! The service was also very good, if a little slow. Although I can’t really comment on the ambiance since I went at a slower time of day, I will say the inside of the restaurant was very cute and clean as well. However, those ordering takeout should note that they don’t seem to have condiment cups, so I was given the salsa and curtido in small knotted plastic bags. This probably would have been fine if I had eaten them at home and had dishes, but I had to eat in my car so this was very difficult. Otherwise definitely plan on going back!

Drinks were great!
They have pictures along the window of their foods we asked if we could have one that caught our eye. Waiter said they didn’t have it, then a few tables away from us had that dish. We told our waiter this and they walked over and in doing so learned that the table had no silverware and came back to us saying it was something different. Fine we ordered appetizers and our meal. Took well over 45 min to get any type of food. Then everything comes out at once. Our meal was not what we wanted and in the menu did not specify that it could have the ingredients it did. The simplest thing the pupusa only cheese and only one was the last to come out. According to the waiter there was an order of 200 and you couldn’t pull one of only cheese? Was our first time and not a pleasant experience. Outdoor eating area was lovely though.

Las Brisaz is a hidden gem that serves delicious Salvadorian Hispanic dishes. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is simple, yet cozy and inviting, with vibrant colors and traditional Honduran decorations.

The menu is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty soup, savory meat dishes, or vegetarian options, Las Brisaz has something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great option for both solo diners and families.

The standout dishes include the baleadas, a traditional Salvadorian dish made with a thick flour tortilla, refried beans, and other toppings. The carne asada, which is grilled steak with a side of rice and beans, is also a must-try. And don’t forget to save room for dessert—the tres leches cake is light, moist, and absolutely delicious.

Overall, I highly recommend Las Brisaz for anyone who loves Hispanic cuisine or is looking to try something new. The friendly service, delicious food, and warm atmosphere make it a great dining experience that you won’t soon forget.

Nice place. Good food, good service, fast and friendly. I don’t like the atmosphere, music, I mean, but it is what is supposed to be and I must take it and appreciate. I ate there twice and planning to go back soon.

The food was good, friendly service but very, very slow and they mixed up our order.
Ordered a meal that included a pupusa and asked for a specific one. When the meal came they brought the standard pupusa that came with the meal and added to our order another one that wasn’t correct anyway. Then they took so long bringing our check that all of the other tables were cleaned off for the night before we could leave. We even had to go inside to ask for our cards back to sign them so we could finally leave.
Only 2 waiters last night, and the male waiter either was brand new and wasn’t trained well or information was mixed up since English wasn’t his first language. He was friendly but mixed up quite a bit of our order.

Today I went to this restaurant to have lunch with my girlfriend. When I arrived, I took a seat and waited because none of the waiters came to ask if I was going to order something. The waitresses were leaning on the counter just watching until one of them showed up. The worst is coming. when they bring the food, no sauces on the table and the meat was overcooked as you can see in the photo that could not be eaten it tasted like burnt carbon we only tried the meat and left it there, nobody came up to say something and at the moment As we were leaving, no one came to give us the bill. I personally had to get up and go to pay in front where they were, 54 dollars plus the tip that I gave, it is not fair for them to give you such a type of food, this is my second experience The first time was the bad treatment that one of the employees gave us. The manager or owner does not take interest in this, my friends and I would never return to a place like this where the employees only want to earn their money and put their interests above the costumers
