I will travel to get a molcajete and I promise this one did not disappoint. I wish I had taken more pictures, but we tore into the food so fast I didn’t have a chance. Even their guac and home made chips were undeniably flavorful. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Both the Bistec a la Mexicana and the Chilaquiles were authentically prepared and full of flavor. The limonada was perfectly tart, not too sweet, and served frozen — refreshing and delicious.

It was fine. Pricey for what it was. The chimichanga I got seemed like one someone could make at home. Coworkers and I who both got steak options had gut pain later in the day.

Our favorite Mexican Restaurant. Always satisfied and surprised (in a good way) by what we order. I was so excited I forgot to take a picture before I dug in. They’re accommodating and offer some dishes off menu (enchiladas verde). Food is really good and I’m always surprised they are not more busy when we come.

My wife and I really enjoyed eating here! Customer service was fantastic. The Guacamole was fresh and a great portion size. Best Guacamole so far!! The Tacos where very good, large portion. Wife and I found a new date spot! The Nachos we’re really good as well especially with the sauces they gave us. Definitely nice to have authentic food!

Authentic and good quality food at affordable prices. We’ve been here 3-4 times and enjoyed it. Friendly service, they care about what they do and do it well. Authentic flavors that the chain restaurants can’t even come close to! Love this little gem in downtown Lakehurst and we will be back for sure!

We had a nice experience at Taqueria La Michoacana. We started with the guac and chips—super fresh and flavorful. The al pastor tacos were the standout—perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The steak and peppers tacos were also delicious, with tender meat and just the right amount of heat. We finished off with churros, which were crispy, warm, and the perfect sweet ending. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole vibe felt welcoming. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area!
