I was so excited walking into this restaurant. It is decorated extremely cute and is quite welcoming. The decor encompasses a nature, rustic feel. We were greeted promptly and brought menus. It seemed to be the beginning of a wonderful experience. We ordered, and the food came out in an appropriate amount of time. It was freshly cooked and tasted as great as it looked. During our visit, I received a phone call and raved about our good find and shared how I’d want to come back. Then the end of our time approached, and suddenly, this 5-star experience was ruined! I politely requested our bill be divided, which our waitress was happy to accommodate. We then remembered there was a display (blackboard) showing coffee and ice cream/gelato options. As we didn’t see these items on the menu’s, I asked if we paid for our food with our waitress and order the coffee/dessert at another spot or if she would be able to take our coffee/dessert orders. To my utter shock, she retorted rudely, “Have you ever worked in the service business !” I was so taken aback by her abruptness that I was speechless and unsure what had caused her to be so unkind. I chose to ignore her behavior and proceeded to inquire about the options, and when I indicated an option she hadn’t listed, she then frankly replied, “I didn’t say _____.” We then chose not to order anything further, and I’ll now refuse to EVER visit this location again. I listened as she was kind and gracious to the table next to us and am completely in awe by her treatment. There were no complaints or issues during our visit to warrant her sudden change in tone. As a rare “reviewer” I felt compelled to share this review.

I just discovered this place because friends were playing live music (Sebastian and Carly – really good) and Buster’s was also hosting a dog adoption event today (Love dogs) I ate a Mega grill cheese with tomato soup and it was EXCELLENT! The entire staff were very friendly and efficient! I’ll be back!

Fantastic food! I had the Bust a Move salad with chicken. Cooked to perfection, generous portions! My friend had the black bean burger with the onion rings… so yummy! Great local place, just what Hobe Sound needed!

Hands down best pancakes I’ve ever had! I also ordered a side of bacon “extra crispy” style, which was amazing! Together it was the perfect combination of sweet and salty. I will definitely be back soon ! 🙂

I love coming to Busters with my dog Benny. Our server Stephanie goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy a great experience. She’s so welcoming and my dog absolutely loves her. Very nice.
