If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I got the birria tacos, the chorizo tacos, and pastor tacos, chorizo fries, and churros (I unfortunately couldn’t take any pictures because my phone died). All of the food was clearly well prepared and fresh, and reasonably priced, and the best food I’ve had so far in Seattle (but I am a tourist, so take that lightly). However, on top of that, our server gave us free spiced mangoes and baby mangoes! The staff are extremely friendly here and that made the great experience even better. Definitely check this place out.

This food truck is tucked away in a gas station parking lot with great signage. The woman who took my order was sooo kind- it honestly made my day better. I stopped by for lunch and had a tasty tamale with a side of rice and beans. I added some salt to the beans due to preference but overall a great stop for a quick lunch and I’ll be back! If you’re not hungry enough for a full meal, a la carte prices are very reasonable!!

The food was good and pretty flavorful but falls short of some of the quasi-legal La style tables that are popping up in the area. The service was by far the shining star. Rarely at any truck of any type of food do I receive such great service. Super friendly and engaging.

Taqueria La Mexicana food truck had a welcoming vibe and the service was good—staff was friendly and orders came out in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the asada was a letdown. The meat was cut into very large chunks, which made it harder to eat and affected the overall texture. There was also a noticeable amount of fat compared to the amount of actual meat, which took away from the flavor and overall value. While the seasoning itself wasn’t bad, the cut and fat ratio really held the dish back. With better trimming and smaller, more consistent cuts of asada, this food truck could be much better.

I was running short on time going somewhere when I stumbled upon this place while at the gas station. Good spot to grab quick bite to eat while getting gas or before jumping on I5. Food was good, camw out fast, plenty of serving portion, service was good, and has a couple picnic tables in the shade so you can eat in peace.

Incredible chorizo and al pastor. We got tacos and a burrito “with everything”. Well seasoned with some great depth to the spices. Elevated cooking, clean/lighter feeling than some roadside places and a moderate-great portion for a reasonable price.
