This is my second time ordering takeout from this establishment. The tacos are really good just be warned the potatoes can be dry. I had four potatoes that came with my order, it took a full stick of butter to moisten them back up. For the price I would expect better. That being said, the food is good. The service is OK and I ordered takeout so I’m not too sure what the atmosphere inside is like.

I recommend the this restaurant, the tacos are so good. Our waiter Rey was awesome. He gave us the best service and made us laugh. We enjoyed the time we spend there. They also have awesome bake potatoes.

The lady taking my order had an attitude from the start. I went thru the drive thru. Waited for 20 minutes for my food. The entire time I just heard the girl yelling at the other employees and giving them a hard time. Then they got my order wrong, when I tried to call about it they started yelling about it in the background. I just hung up. Horrible experience. All need better customer service etiquette. The girl with thw bad attitude was wearing a red shirt. Not going back for a while. Always a problem here.

My family and I have been going here for sometime. We notice a new person we hadn’t seen serve us (Frank). He was excellent server and made our experience a pleasant one. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Very energetic and funny. Props to whoever hired him and should hire more people like that. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

My family and i went to have dinner yesterday and we were very very disappointed! Our waiter never brought out my husband’s food!!! The whole family was practically already done so we cancelled his order i shared my food. There were 2 waiters for like 12 tables but only 1 server was attending pretty much all the tables!!!!! We had to get up and get refills on our drinks too!!! And I’m posting a 1 star just because I can’t post a negative!!!! Never again going back!!!!!!!!!!!

Just be careful and ask what is included in your order – when you order the servers tell you certain things are included and when the bill comes what you asked for (that you were told was included) is not and you are being charge for everything. I paid about $20 more cause I order things I was told were included with my combos and at the end I was told they were not included! Only reason I order was because I was told they were included! So just be careful as they are sneaky like that! 🙁

Waited about 5 mins before waiter came to our table. We did not get chips or salsa. Waiter was rude, after I asked to repeat our order he said : That’s what I said” dropped off food and did not come back to ask if we need refills or anything else with our order. When it came time to pay he only gave me a total and did not mention that the tip was included. Won’t be going back ever!!

Reason for three stars?
They play their music way loud. I asked three times for the music to be lowered each time they raised it up after about 5 to 10 minutes. Unacceptable. I could not hear myself during the whole dinner.

We have been coming here for a long time and their quality has slowly been going down hill.
Beans always cold and no flavor
Potato portion is small, cold and never consistent
Choriqueso cheese is not even close to being quality cheese and I would not be surprised if they use shredded mozzarella cheese.
Needless to say, this is our last time here.

The worst experience ever very bad customer service. The waitress repeatedly got our order wrong even when asked a simple favor. The food was tasteless and very cold. We asked her several times for several things like for salt, salsa. I had to get up from my seat to remind her about service needed. The manager showed up and all he did was want to sit with us at the table after the fact $52 terrible meal. Never again never again
