I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was just unacceptable. We waited 45 minutes for some soggy chicken tender. Mind you we were the only ones there. Also one of the workers was driving around the building 4 to 5 times with their headset on like what are you doing. For 10 tenders they gave us like 2tbs of lemon seasoning.

They made us pull up and park in the drive thru . Charged us almost $30. Got 2 meals, one was a special, large Mac and cheese,and fried pickles. All they came out and gave us was 3 piece tenders a small mashed potato And small mac n cheese. I had to go inside THREE seperate times. Everyone was waiting inside forever too. They asked for our reciept and ofc they didn’t give us one. I was missing an entire boneless bbq meal, I waited for forever and they gave me chicken fingers. Then I went back into to just get honey mustard cuz I was tired of waiting so long. The lady had the nerve to ask ” what’s wrong now?” I told her what happened and she said oh yeah…you did say that. Then handed me friggin HOT SAUCE in a bag instead of honey mustard. Plus it literally smelled like nasty sewage when I walked in. I didn’t even want the food after that smh. Never again.

I just wanna give credit where its due. To be honest I haven’t had good experiences at this location. But this particular time, I gotta say, the crew was getting things done. Especially ol, girl (dont know her name) that was moving around packing everything. She was very communicative to all the crew and with me and the other customers waiting. She didn’t let those piles of tickets get to her. She was focused and determined and I just personally want to say that I am appreciative of GREAT.. SUPERB customer service. All I can say is great job crew!

Haven’t had much food experiences so I stopped coming by i was on this side of town for work. Food was quick and was hot and people were friendly. Got 2 sandwiches which were perfect and a 9 piece tender meal with potatoes and gravy all of which was great. Didn’t skimp on gravy at all like old times. Hope to see the effort to continue.

There’s not much I can say that would compliment this particular Popeye’s. I went inside to order food for my family of 5. Nothing fancy, we ordered some chicken wings, chicken strips, fries, and a 2 piece meal. Upon entering should’ve been my first clue to what was to come. Dusty decorations, no lids for cups, condiment spillings on the majority of the tables. Then as I ordered, there was no greeting, just a “you ready to order?”. Took about normal time expected to receive our food. Only 3 workers that I could tell, one being the manager (who didn’t seem particularly happy to serve anybody food). So most of what was bad up to this point was kinda being chalked up to them being short staffed. I get it, nobody wants to work anymore, and if they do, 70% of new hires aren’t worth a damn. Anyway, we get home, try to dig in and chow down. That wasn’t happening! All 5 of us were unhappy with our food. Chewy cold rubbery fries, undercooked chicken, overcooked chicken, even the strawberry creme desert thing was nasty. We are not picky eaters. We can look past a lot and usually just go about our meal. I dont think I’ve ever experienced a complete 5 person order with every bit of it not worth a second bite! We just ended up going somewhere else because the vibe of the Manager just didn’t seem like she would give a refund without a fight. Not worth my time. If I didn’t know any better, this experience would’ve turned me away from Popeyes Chicken forever. I have had excellent food from other popeyes locations in the past. I do believe I had a bad experience at this particular popeyes years and years ago, which was probably the reason I haven’t been here for years until now. All I can say is steer clear of this one if you want an enjoyable Popeyes meal.

I never got my food to be clear. The drive thru was shut down two hours early, so I entered the location, no employees were visible so I stood and waited, an employee finally showed up in a white jacket and was on the phone on a FaceTime with multiple people and was openly cussing. I was told that they needed to drop the chicken and to wait. Employee went outside to finish their very important FaceTime. I was then left alone in the restaurant lobby for twenty minutes before a female employee came in and asked what I was waiting for. They could not locate my order in the large pile of recipts and then told me they also had no containers and the side would be messy in the Togo containers so I asked to put them in cups, the cook came in 35-40 minutes after my order was placed and didn’t seem like he wanted to cook the order. The female advised me I should probably just ask for a refund. No one had any intentions on working and all employees were outside scattered amongst different cars. Then I went to Caines and got chicken, it was fresh and the employees were great. Fighting with customer service to get a refund now.

Waited an entire hour for one simple order only to be told the items were out of stock. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They are very slow paced and very lazy.

Update: I decided to try again for my family and I, I didn’t receive an entire meal. How exactly do you miss an entire meal???

They also put this old, burnt chicken on my chicken sandwhich??? Disgusting.

There is a reason this place has low rating. Workers certainly aren’t diligent. First order was canceled after 90 mins of them not being able to fulfill the order. Second order was ready 30 mins after quoted time. We arrived 8 mins after quoted time and still waited over 20 minutes to get 26 tenders, they already had 20 minutes to make them! Then they complained about making it and got sauces and drink orders wrong.

Workers took a while to make the food, mind you we already waited to leave for the food after ordering online. After telling us to pull forward and wait until it’s done, a staff member came out and told us that they don’t have mac and cheese. So, we got more fries. Since we were waiting for so long we eventually went in, and while in there heard one of the workers say to the other staff members ” We’re going to close soon.” And this was at 8:15 when the place is supposed to close at 10. We were also told that the order would be complete in three minutes, but instead it took 16 minutes.

Over charged us for the 12 peice family meal and told us it didnt come with drinks for $40 when you get on the website it’s stated at $25?!?! And they didnt have any receipt paper and never gave me a refund?!?!?
