OMG this is the most amazingly delicious ceviche I have ever eaten in my life and I love Authentic Hispanic Food. I have now been to every Taco spot in Joplin. This place is legit, I dare say the best in town. I got the Taco plate with Carne Asada, perfect size, perfectly seasoned. Topped with onions cilantro, and the house sauce is amazing. The red will clear your sinus but not melt your throat. The green sauce…. clutching my pearls….dang it was good. The rice and beans…. lawd have mercy. Everything just hit perfectly. Excited to go back and experience more of the menu.

So this is my go to taco place. I get it least twice a week. The food is amazing. I always get the burrito and the birria tacos. The burrito I mix up the meats so far the pork is the best, for the burrito that is.

Delicious food. I was hoping they would have quesabirria and mulitas – they have both! Only one other place in Joplin area has mulitas and the ones from La Herradura are better. Quesabirria is the best I’ve had and the asada fries are piled high with toppings – they really don’t skimp on the steak and cheese. Located in Midtown – convenient location for many, including me. Great prices. Didn’t have seating at first, but have since added two picnic tables! I recommend steak mulitas, quesabirria tacos, and asada fries. Pictured is the quesabirria

Serves from a converted school bus, we really enjoyed it. Husband got the asada fries, and I got pastor tacos. Large portions like you’re in a restaurant. Great price for so much flavor. Will go back when we pass through Joplin again.
