The birria tacos were okay, but I was really disappointed with the choriqueso. The menu shows a photo of traditional choriqueso made with real white melting cheese, like Oaxaca or mozzarella. What I was served looked nothing like that—it was chorizo mixed with nacho cheese.
It’s misleading because you order based on the image they advertise, and what arrives at the table is completely different. I didn’t even touch the plate because it didn’t look right. Just be aware if you’re ordering choriqueso—it is not what’s shown on the menu.

Good quality Mexican food made with fresh ingredients. Has a drive through which is very convenient. I get the salad which is really nice and the burrito bowl is delicious. Portions sizes could be a little bigger.

Drive thru, So no atmosphere reccomdation…. I got the birria pizza and my family loved it. No leftovers. Both the au jus, and salsas were thick and flavorful. Lady, at the window, was efficient fast and very sweet.

One of the best shrimp burritos I’ve had in a long time! They have great churros and drinks! All they have a large selection and all of the food is yummy regardless of what I have ordered! I typically go through the drive through which is very fast and I have dined in as well and service was fast as well!

My favorite taqueria in Vallejo!!! Food is always delicious, restaurant is always clean, staff is awesome. I love that they have a drive through, but dine in is great too. Churros are really good too! I always order a super burrito, but I’ve tried their tacos, mullitas and nachos. I’ve never tried anything here that I didn’t like.

I have ordered three times from this establishment. Twice to go orders and once to dine in. On all three occasions I have had a lovely experience. The staff is friendly, y muy amable. La comida está muy deliciosa and you can tell it’s made fresh! The time I dined in the staff was welcoming and the restaurant was kept clean. My favorite plate are the quesabirrias, they are meaty and cheesy! The consomé is delicious, and flavorful not greasy.

Love how they have a drive thru for convenience. Food came out fast and was delicious. You can tell the salsa is made fresh everyday which i love. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the margaritas (strawberry) tasted kind of cough syrupy to me but still enjoyed it none the less.

Finally Vallejo gets a serious authentic Mexican restaurant!!! We are close neighbors and completely thrilled these great people have finally opened. 3 meals so far! Wet red burrito is tasty and huge! Fresca bisteca! It’s just awesome. Obviously they are opening slowly & without a lot of fanfare. It’s just solid food and my wife & me cannot be happier….
