Got tacos and was eating in the parking lot. Took a bite and realized there was a dead bug on the tomato. My husband went inside to show the lady named Alma and she smooshed it between her fingers and told him it was just lettuce. He asked for his money back which she did but watch out if you chose to eat here.

This is a lovely kiche spot for good family Mexican. I especially love the Gorditas, the best I’ve had. The food is always been great quality and you can’t beat the price. It’s clean, and for anyone in the area, it is fun to see how they worked the place from an old fashioned ice cream shop. The service is great, watched and accommodate gluten free easily, and are just Kind and Nice. Really a great local small business to support.

Worst margarita ever. It was just sour mix. Slow service. Charged me for chips and salsa that they set on your table. Check your bill, you’re paying for it. Food is just blah. We used to love this place. Meat is tasteless and portions are diminishing. Lots of Mexican restaurants to choose from in this area. This one used to be good.

Nice hole in the wall type place where you feel welcome and your business is appreciated. Food was great. Watch out for yellow dip they bring out with the salsa and chips it is HOT. Service was attentive without being overdone. Wish I had more time here in Chicago to try more of their menu!

Food was awful. Prices where a little high for what you got. I ordered the Chimachunga and I never had one with lettuce or tomatoes and no cheese. Always had beans and rice on the side. Didn’t get anything but my Chimachunga. Othewise the price wouldn’t of been so bad. It reall tasted awful.

Google shows closes at 11pm om Friday and Saturday, my daughter went on Friday 1-20-23 at 9:45pm ordered and was told after ordering they couldn’t eat in becasue they close at 10pm.
Never heard of a restaurant kick out customers and don’t allow them to eat the food. Maybe they should 1. update google with the correct times, 2. tell customers before they place and order they are closing

been going to this place for few years so far so good. But I went there 2/19/22 around 3:30 pm I ask for 2 Miller lite my friend tell me this beer tastes different. So I don’t put no mind in to it. Went I taste my beer it wast nasty Went I look at the day in the bottle it was expired 4/2019 and the other beer was expired 6/2021 I ask for another Miller lite the guy tell they all expired so he bring me a corona
