Figure out your app! If I am able to put in a delivery order and you do it through door dash but shut the door dash down, don’t give me the option of delivery on your app!! Food was cold because it sat there for so long because I thought I was getting it delivered because I paid for the delivery and tipped!! I called and they didn’t help at all!! Just said I have to come get it!

As a native Texan, I’m always curious other people’s take on Tex-Mex, particularly fast food. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors at Taco John’s. Not authentic, but all-in-all, pretty enjoyable. Line was pretty long and service was slow, which probably would have bothered me more if I wasn’t with company.

Solid fast food experience and our first time trying Wyoming-based Taco Johns. We ordered 2 hard-shelled tacos each (mine had added tomatoes and sour cream with an upcharge of $.35/ea for the sour cream). Lots of lettuce and added tomatoes made the tacos taste fresher than I have had at Taco Bell in the past. Of course, we order a medium order of Potato Ole, which are similar to tots although shaped like a coin. We did not add cheese. They were very good, although I suspect they contain a lot of sodium. We will likely return in the future to get our Taco fix and to support a Wyoming based company!

Generally clean, and pleasant enough staff. Though they lean young and distracted. Orders are usually correct, but also usually cold. I rarely feel like I get anything fresh here. Stuff always seems a few hours old. And although a few staff are on point, most seem very distracted and not present.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. This is our third time given this place a Try. The first time we came through, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for any food we ordered because they’re short staffed. We were in a hurry so we chose to go somewhere else. Second time we tried We went inside to eat, and that was a bit better. Here we are again, trying it out, hoping that this time would be As good as the second time, if not better because the second time was still meh. Now here we are sitting in the drive-through line stuck and can’t leave tired and ready to hit the road. And we’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes. There’s only been two cars in front of us in which one moved on pretty quickly. This is definitely not fast food. I forgot to mention the second time we came through. I asked the lady for a few extra napkins and she told me “ The answer would usually be no, but she’ll make an exception for me”. I asked her why and she said she she’s only allowed to give out so many napkins per order per Customer. I don’t even know why she mentioned it just give me the napkins or don’t. She tried to make me feel like I was getting special treatment for two extra napkins.

Nice looking place, but service is ridiculously slow for fast food. Waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. The restaurant doesn’t have many customers, and seems to be fully staffed, so it’s strange that it took so long to be served. Food tastes good, but isn’t anything. Pictured meal cost $8.

Food was good, service OK but restaurant was dirty! Floors, tables, windows and window sills all were either dirty or had food on them! It was disgusting! Also when I tried to put my rewards in the app it didn’t work and when I tried again, it told me I can only enter them once!

I’ve had room temp to cold burgers from this joint on at least 3 occasions. Don’t ask me why I came back–I guess it was close. Today I ordered their chicken “street tacos” ALL THREE looked like the attached pic. I’ll estimate there was substantially less than a teaspoon of “chicken” on each one. $8.50 for lettuce tacos and a small drink (no fries). Don’t waste your time, money, or risk salmonella going to this place. It really needs new management or to just shut down. Notice the other reviews-the owner or manager just tells you to call the national franchise 800 #. That says volumes….

We stopped on the way through for spring break. Nice big clean lobby, food was fast and fresh aside from the churro which was a little hard and difficult to eat. Had lots of space for bigger groups too. Easy access off the interstate and lots of parking as well as wheelchair accessible. The parking lot was plowed well despite the snows attempt to bury Sheridan great spot to stop with a huge variety of grub for all the picky eaters.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Food took incredibly too long to come out. Overheard employees speaking about not wanting to make our food and refusing to make parts of it. When we got our order, we were missing multiple items that the workers just talked about. Not good service at all.
