Great taco truck with real nice staff. The kitchen looks clean and the tacos come out fresh and delicious. The prices are all reasonable.

The location also gives you the freedom to have a little tailgate in the back parking lot while you eat your tacos, or you can take it home.

This is the best Mexican food I had in DMV. We were really exciting when saw “coming soon” sign! Finally it opened and it became our must to go- never goes wrong place. Food was great now I’m dictatived! Service was exceptional! They always explain the menu, encourage you to try more new things- with a warm nice smile! I have to mention the manager there – William was a true star! He recognizes us very time we dinning in. Introduced new menus to us, never cover up any tiny mistakes, fixed it in person instead. With all great people and good there. I highly recommend this gem in college park. If you never try..try it then you will keep going as I did!

Good tacos and nice family environment. Their bathrooms are also clean. It’s a nice find for the area. They aren’t greasy street tacos, but their tortillas are house-made. That is something you cannot say about many taquerias. I do wish they had a more mild salsa for the chips, as while I like spicy, a mild salsa allows you to taste the flavor of the ingredients more.

• Birria Tacos: The birria tacos were completely tasteless, lacking any authentic flavor. The tortillas were excessively soggy, drenched in water, making them unappetizing.
• Shrimp Taco: I paid $7 for a shrimp taco that contained only two small shrimp. To make matters worse, the shrimp tasted sour, suggesting they were either spoiled or undercooked.
• Cheese Quesadilla: Hoping for a simple, satisfactory dish, I ordered a cheese quesadilla. Unfortunately, it arrived in a messy state and failed to meet basic expectations.
• Customer Service: The service was subpar; no napkins were provided, and the staff’s attitude was indifferent at best.

I love Mexican food. It’s my top 5 favorite type of cuisines to eat. This place was actually good overall. It had a light crowd as well, with many customers of different ages and ethnicites too. If it wasn’t relocating I’d visit again.

So, after about a hour driving in the rain and switching plans to go to different restaurants (Shagga was having problems, so they were closed for the day and the Black-owned vegan place across the street had NO parking) my friend, Ms. Lily, suggested this place. The food was my treat (except she wanted to pay for the little food she ate before I arrived.) I think she bought an order of sopes, chips and salsa, and a coffee ☕ (Cafe de Olla.) I was cool with coming here.

My friend ate some chips and had a little of the salsa verde and spicy sauce but her stomach can’t really take that . She ended up giving me her chips later to take home. She ordered the burrito and mango drink and I ordered Horchata (under agua frescas), camarones enchipotlados (a spiced shrimp dish), and the trio of tacos: : yucatecos (to-go.)

The food was spot on! I really loved all the flavors even the spice. I ate my plate – no leftovers (except my to-go tacos .) I ate several chipotle peppers too. My friend NEVER had horchata before so I suggested she get a sample cup, so I asked the waitress (glasses and hair cut on sides) for one. It took her a while to bring it to the table and she didn’t bring the entrees all at one. It was probably about 3 minutes in difference. So that was annoying.
I wish the menu listed all the house drinks they made, because no one would know unless they either asked or looked at the machine pitchers of drinks in the kitchen area. Advertise that stuff! The horchata was great . My friend liked the horchata and it was cooling for some of the spice in her burrito, which she had leftovers of and decided to take home. I treated and the total was 60.95 and I tipped so the grand total was almost $71 dollars .

By October 30, 2023, this location is relocating to Route 1 off of Rhode Island Avenue. There is demolition and construction to build UNaffordable housing near University of Maryland – College Park, so all off the businesses in that campus mall are either going to have to relocate or close shop. This is pretty unfortunate because I really want to head to that African restaurant and the Mr. Fries man location (again). Hopefully the Mr. Fries restaurant doesn’t move too far because the next location is in Towson. I’m sorry, but I’m not going super close to Baltimore just for decorated loaded fries… .

Anyhow, I’d like to visit the restaurant again but with Taqueria Habanero ️ basically moving to/near DC I doubt they’ll have parking ️. I absolutely hate heading to restaurants that don’t have bomb parking, at least, so this will be the first and last time I would be willing to go there.

AMAZING margarita flights! This is a great place for brunch. Tacos are really good, my favorite was the octopus taco, the sauce that came with it was so tasty. The people that work here are really friendly. I definitely recommend this location in College Park.

Ate here first night of DC trip. Walked from hotel to here in rain. Totally worth it. My first Birria taco! Holy moly!!! I get the hype now. Service was quick and efficient. Small bar that looked like it was loaded for bear with tequila. Would loved to have stepped on some but I have a first night travel rule….don’t get crazy!

My girls and I came here in a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and it was busy due to graduation. They moved people in and out. We had margaritas, the 15 taco tray and pick the basics chicken, steak, shrimp (since it was our first time) and dessert was the churros (suggested by our waitress). We loved every single thing especially dessert . Everyone was friendly and the place was clean.

I got steak, chorizo and al pastor tacos. They were incredibly good. Highly recommended. Especially steak and al pastor were very good, chorizo was a bit too spicy for my taste.

Great customer service, very clean restaurant and staff. The wait time is short, which is a plus. The food is delicious and flavorful and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. Their guacamole is the best I’ve ever had. Not pictured because we finished it so fast! They have a nice variety of tacos, from common to strange. If you’re adventurous, you can the grasshopper tacos lol! Their fish tacos are my favorite and the bistec ones are good too. The shrimp tacos are ok, but they were a little overcooked.
Overall a nice place for Tacos lovers
