Today at El Vulcan, we were lucky to be served by Mari. The restaurant was completely full and she was the only waitress on the floor, yet she handled every table with so much grace. She stayed patient, kind, and on top of everything. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were taken care of, even though she clearly had a lot to manage. Mari truly went above and beyond — she deserves recognition for her incredible customer service.

This place was recommended to us while we were visiting and it was the best recommendation ever. I had the tostada combo with bistek. My husband had 5 tacos, 2 bistek and molleja and 3 bistek and salchicha. The Pico de Gallo and both salsas were superb. Portion sizes were crazy. My tostada combo was 12.99 (extra charges for avocado and cheese). In Laredo, the papa asada costs $12.95 on its own. We will definitely be back whenever visiting rhe Valley. Customer service was great as well.

I love espadas, I always have a hard time finding good espadas, this place espadas were good but really expensive, they charge us $1.50 (.50 per espada) for cheese and $1.50 for avocado, thing I didn’t ask for because I wasn’t able to look a menu, they have a small menu at the entrance and they have QR code that only works with iPhones (I’m an Android user) we pay $22 dollars for a sausage in a tortilla and a tostada combo (small papa asada with 3 espadas). The service was good and the food is not bad but they need to be more careful on how to sell extra items to people that is having a great time.

arrived close to 9pm and they had a few people waiting for orders. we sat and the Chuy the waiter attended us really well. we ordered two combos mine was flour with bistec and mollejas. They ask if you want beans and chips and onion asada and they bring it to you. The food was delicious. They sell candy and cookies at the counter and we took some cookies
the total was like $43 for both orders that came with 4 tacos a papa and a 12 oz drink.

I recently ordered take out at your establishment and, while I appreciated the quality and portions of the tacos, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.
Despite the generous taco servings, I found the salsa portion to be excessively small. When I requested additional salsa, I was surprised to learn that there would be an extra charge. Given that the total cost of my order was nearly $30 for two servings, I expected more accommodating service regarding basic condiments.
As a result of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are numerous taco establishments that offer better value and customer service. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your service for future customers.
