I have ordered from Pizza Hut since before Domino’s arrived in Grove, OK. Now I remember why! We ordered 2 of the single topping XL New York pizzas for 10.99ea, cheddar bacon bread sticks and cinnabons. Cinnabons were good. Soft and gooey with lots of icing. The inner bread sticks with the cheese and way to little bacon were soft and actually pretty good although couldn’t taste the bacon very well. Now for the pizzas! Those were a joke! Crust was 2.5 to 3inches deep so basically the inside of the pizza was a medium from Domino’s and it was hard as a rock! Fold in half pizza my dairyaire! My crust shattered when trying to fold it! The toppings were ok but there was barely any cheese on it! When the dough under the cheese is hard as a rock as well, either it was way over cooked and started at the very edge of the chain belt or they ran it through twice! Both pizzas were this way! So needless to say it had been many many years since ordering pizza hut and it’ll be many many more if ever before trying again. $50 bucks that could been spent elsewhere. For context it was a Monday night about 830.

Drive 5 miles to get a large pizza for 11 bucks as per the coupon. When I got there was informed they don’t except them. Any franchise that doesn’t honor its own coupons. I give a one-star review. This is just the franchise owner being greedy. So yes, you will continue to get a one-star review. If you are looking to use coupons at this location, don’t even try

Ordered a large pizza tonight and a cheese stick. Pizza had human hair in it, ok fine, I get that, kept eating and starting finding what appeard to be short black course dog hair. Called pizza hut, told them I wasn’t even looking for a replacement, just awareness. The girl says she will pass me to manager, manager offers to give us credit, I reassure her im not looking for free pizza.. she asked for the number on the account, i give it to her.. she says nothing pulls up with the number then she says yeah yall ordered pickle ranch… I said yes, with a large pizza and cheese.. she said “ill let the GM know and then HANGS UP ON ME

This Pizza Hut has been around since I was in high school. The service was timely, the food was hot, the atmosphere was fantastic. It brought back nostalgic feelings. Although I believe they could probably do some remodeling inside, I kind of like that it looks just the same as it did when I was young. Very well kept, I’m very clean, our waitress was very helpful and timely. We had a great time as a family.

Stay AWAY from grove pizza hut. There was a hair in our pizza which we quit eating IMMEDIATELY And the manager Shenasta didn’t even bother coming out to our table. Only knocked off $5 Nasty place to eat with employees and management that does not even care. WILL NOT BE BACK

I usually always go to Pizza Hut for pizza here in Grove, Oklahoma. Anyone who lives around here knows that there is many pizza places to choose from here. Pizza Hut has just always been my pick until now. I ordered pizza from the app and place it for carry out. I get there to pick up my pizza and all I have money wise is a $50 bill. Considering Cash is still Legal tender in this country why can’t it be accepted to pay for my meal. Well they got to keep the pizza and I will now choose another pizza place that will accept my money from now on. Thank you and have a great day!
