I really really wanted to like this. Idk what happened- our street tacos were absolutely COATED in grease. The tacos tasted of nothing except canola oil. The photo I added shows the level of grease on the tortillas, but it’s hard to tell. They were soaked. There was a brown sauce that came with it and I think it was fermented hot sauce? Either way it was not good. Everything tasted so…off. I was swayed by reviews, and maybe they had an off night! But I wish I didn’t spend the money.

First time at Taquería El Vaquero and it definitely won’t be the last. I tried the street tacos, Mexican pizza, and the pastor torta—and everything was delicious. The birria and the torta are easily some of the best in the area, full of flavor and well prepared.
The street tacos were great, and on top of that they have a Taco Tuesday promo for $2.50, which makes them an even better deal. Portions were solid, flavors felt authentic, and you can tell they care about the food they serve. Highly recommend if you’re craving good Mexican food.

So glad Taqueria El Vaquero moved into the old Crave spot in Beaver! The setup is mostly the same, but the food is on another level. We tried the birria tacos with rice, street corn, and birria fries—everything was amazing. The fries weren’t super crispy (probably from all the meat and cheese piled on top) but still packed with flavor. The tacos were incredible, especially with the dipping broth, and the salsa had just the right amount of kick. The street corn was fresh and delicious—definitely enough to share! Excited to come back and try their aguas frescas next time.
Sorry for the half-eaten food pic—I couldn’t resist digging in before remembering to take one! That’s how good it was.

Terrific. The most authentic Mexican I’ve ever had in Beaver County. I’d like to encourage them to ditch the bought-in corn tortillas and go pro with homemade. They’d go from an 8 to a 10 instantly. Top-notch service and true Mexican flavors.

Came on a Sunday, it was top-tier from start to finish. The last time I had Mexican food this good, I was on the border and it came from the source.
The chicken enchiladas are mouth wateringly good, the shredded beef tacos are the best I’ve ever had, the el pastor barely got to settle on my plate I ate it so quickly. You won’t find better horchata around either.
Hand to God, best Mexican in the state, I’ll put this food up against any place. Do yourself a favor and eat here. The staff will be grateful and happy you came. You’ll be welcomed like family and want to order the entire menu.

If you’d told me I’d find tacos in Beaver, PA that rival the ones I’ve had in Mexico City and LA, I never would’ve believed you, but here we are. This place is truly a hidden gem. The flavors are absolutely incredible, vibrant, and authentic, with each taco packed full of thoughtfully crafted ingredients. The portions are generous without sacrificing quality, and every bite feels like it was made with care. Beaver might not be known as a taco destination, but this spot proves it absolutely should be. Highly recommend!

This place slaps!!!! I feel like they haven’t advertised very much but they need to. Super solid all the way around. I HIGHLY recommend Queabirria or Quesabirria tacos. If you are looking for a treat, get some Horchata with cinnamon. Staff is always friendly, the food is ready quick, and prices are reasonable. I’m always excited to go, I feel like it is slept in right now so head on in!

We ordered takeout and the food was still delicious. The enchilada sauce and refried beans were not straight out of a can. Guacamole had a kick to it, but appeared to be/tasted fresh/homemade. Good flavors and generous portions. Prices were very reasonable, too. Will definitely be back!

We’ve been wanting to give this place a try since it opened and we are so glad we finally did. This will be one of our regular spots. The staff were so freindly and talked to you like you were family. There are some things on the menu that many peopel may not have seen before nad they are really good with explaining them and walking you through the order. The food is very fresh and super flavorful. While in line a young man, maybe the owner or a manager, showed us pics of desserts they have on his phone. One was something they dont have on the menu yet but we could order if we wanted. I chose churros and horchata for dessert. It was excellent. While we were eating one of the girls brought samples of the other item around for people to try. It too was very good. It is a fast casual type setup where you order at the counter and they call your name or order. It works. We also tried the california burrito, birria quesadia, and street corn. All were fantastic.
