We started with a taco truck in Kent, WA. In 1997 to 1999. Then we opened up in a small location that only that had 8-10 seats. We were doing well, so then we decided to make the building larger to 32 seats in 2003. We were in that location for four years. Next, we opened a second location in Shoreline, WA in 2007. It was a good experience opening this location North of Seattle. It was open for six years and then we decided to open up our third location in May, 2011 in Tacoma, WA. It was the first restaurant that had a drive-thru. We have been very happy serving authentic Mexican food such as soups, salads, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, seafood, and desserts.

Extra stars-clean bathrooms & no code or needing to be buzzed in required.

– cooks were singing in the back so they’re obviously passionate and love what they’re doing
Service was fast, friendly and the food was amazing & good portion. The salsa was amazing! Which they have a salsa bar you can serve yourself extra points for that also. Small, quant little place not to noisy inside thankfully.
So glad I found it while visiting town. I’ll be back next time! Thanks for an amazing dinner to finish off a long day!

Very generous portion sizes for the food. Salsa bar up front by the drinks which was a nice touch. It would have been nice to just collect your own chips or grab a bag of chips so you didn’t have to ask front counter. Food was nicely made!

We LOVE this place. It is our go to stop whenever we are in the area. There are all the familiar favorites, but it’s somehow just better and more flavorful– and I love that the menu has classic dishes you usually can’t find in the PNW, like caldo de res or tamales de elote. And HOUSE MADE CORN TORTILLAS!! The staff are also very kind and welcoming, especially with kids : )

Well, we stumbled upon this wonderful gem last minute but SO GLAD we did! The staff were so friendly and very helpful as we were having a difficult time narrowing down what to order! Everything looked so appetizing!! We ended up getting an order of their chicken Taquitos & their Birria tacos. Needless to say we will be returning customers forever!! Awesome food, great staff, amazing prices. Stop everything and go here. Everything is so good! And the salsa bar is great too. I can’t pick a favorite dish. Today I ate the potato tacos and they were so good. I am slowly trying to order everything on the menu because everything is so delicious.

Small place with delicious authentic Mexican food. There is a small salsa bar, salsas are kind of mild but with flavor. We ordered tacos, huevos con chorizo and a mojarra. Corn tortillas are hand-made. This place have a drive-thru, service was excellent, and food was fast. We forgot to take pics!

Very authentic feel here and absolutely amazing value for money. The beans and rice were absolutely perfect and the fish taco/birria some of the best we have had in US. Service is also fast and excellent. They also have a salsa stand with a wide variety of toppings which comes in handy. Also generally large portion sizes so order accordingly!
