Listen, we had the best experience ever. It’s odd to say that because we usually have a great time. Last night our server Megan was very attentive to our order and my dietary needs. She made sure everything was made correctly to order. My granddaughter had the triple dipper with the mozzarella cheese sticks that were fresh and seemed to stretch forever. We had a blast and will definitely be back soon and hopefully Megan will still be there. Sorry I didn’t take pics of our food but I had the quesidilla explosion salad but with brisket instead of chicken as I am unable to eat chicken and my date had the double burger add mushrooms.

Chillis is always a great experience but I will admit I was hesitant to give this location a try due to the negative reviews. Glad to report that they are wrong!
We came by at about 4pm Friday and were seated and chowing down on our delicious chips within minutes.
This location seems to have a great team of employees working together and having a good time doing it. The food was fantastic as it always is these days with chillis and our server was very attentive and friendly.
No more hesitation to visit this location again. Ignore the bad reviews, this is chillis at its best!

Our first server, Brandi, left us halfway through our meal, shortly thereafter the police arrived. Management never came by the table, we waited an excessive amount of time for our food, had to correct the order — the food was warm the second time around. Our replacement server, Alissa, was amazing, she was definitely our turn-around for the whole experience. She was sweet, and respectful, and made sure we were taken care of.

I tried to place an order tonight using a gift card online. Since it was a multi-place gift card, it did not want to take it accept. I called and explained it to the girl on the phone. She was WONDERFUL and placed my order. The total was significantly larger than what was appearing online, which I told her. She politely said that she would have the manager help me once I got here. When I walked into the restaurant to get my order, they were INCREDIBLY helpful and I was so thankful for the outstanding customer service! In today’s world, the food industry is struggling but this was a fantastic experience so we will be back!

My girlfriend and I had a very disturbing experience at Chili’s that left us feeling hurt and disgusted.
When we arrived, we were told there was a 45-minute wait for a table for two. I said that was no problem, and we decided to leave. As we were walking out, another couple walked in. I let them know there was a 45-minute wait so they wouldn’t be surprised. They said they understood but still wanted to check inside.
That couple — who were both white — were seated immediately.
There was no explanation, no clarification about open seating, and no visible reason for the difference in treatment. The only obvious difference between us was that I am Black and my girlfriend is white. And the other couple were both white
It is hard not to view this as discriminatory. Being told there’s a long wait and then watching another couple walk in right after you and get seated immediately is humiliating. It makes you question whether you were treated fairly at all.
No one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when going out to eat. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and that is unacceptable in 2026. Restaurants should treat every guest equally, regardless of race.
I truly hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with fairness and respect.

I came in on Saturday afternoon and was seated immediately. It didn’t take long for my server, Brandi, to come out and take my order. She was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. The tea was a little sweet and I say this as a lifelong Southerner. Brandi brought me more tea and extra ice. I really appreciated getting the extra ice as normally you have to ask for it in restaurants. My double cheeseburger with fries arrived and they were hot. The double cheeseburger hit the spot as I was sick of fast food hamburgers. The fries were crispy and salted perfectly. Brandi did an excellent job and I would come to this location again. A darn good meal.

My daughter & I had a great experience at this location tonight. The food was great, my daughter wanted extra pickles and they made her burger just how she likes it. Also our server William provided us with great customer service. He was very attentive and professional and had a smile on his face to see if we needed anything.

We went here with a few friends this afternoon and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. It was not busy at all but it took about 15 minutes before a waiter even came to our table. Everyone ordered cocktails and food, and one of our friends ordered an appetizer. We got waters pretty soon after that but then our waiter disappeared for like 45 minutes utnil our cocktails and food came out at the same time and our friends didn’t get their appetizer. We were told by the waiter that they didn’t put the appetizer in and they hadn’t started making the drinks until a few minutes prior. We didn’t have all of our food either. It took several times of asking our waiter for specific things they had missed and we basically just gave up on having everything. We didn’t even get napkins even after asking a couple of times for Pete’s sake. When it was time for us to settle our checks the machine broke while my fiancee was trying to pay, our waiter was kind of snappy in a jokey way saying that we broke it because we didn’t do it fast enough. We are pretty sure we got charged twice, we’ll see. Honestly, just don’t go here. It’s awful.
