Had the younger gal take my order today and would suggest the owner teach her some basic lessons in customer service…as soon as I arrived she yelled out at me “you can’t park there I’m gonna need you to move into a parking space.” So I did and then walked up to place my order. As I’m walking up another customer parks the same way and she doesn’t bother to tell them to move. She also said that she would “walk my order out to me”. She didn’t and I only knew my order was ready because the other customer had just left and I could see the girl busy on her phone.

So good! I always order my favorite, tacos de tripas, from any taco truck and I judge if they are any good from that. These were packed with meat, the most I’ve ever had from a taco truck. Not too crispy, which I love. I love tripas when they are a good ratio of soft/crispy. This will be my go to for my cravings of tacos de tripas from now on. I have had the other meat as well, and they have consistently always have lots and delicious every time.
