I ordered sushi, rolls, and tempura shrimp from SushiGo (McKinney) On December 31st and they accidentally forgot the tempura shrimp, but when I called, a restaurant representative personally delivered them to my home within 20 minutes. He even brought extra Coke and Sprite as an apology — shrimp were still warm and delicious, despite a 20-minute drive.
The food is always amazing. This was the first mistake ever, and the way they handled it was truly impressive. Five stars without hesitation. I will definitely keep ordering from them and recommending them to everyone.
Even after we moved far away from McKinney two years ago, and there is another SushiGo closer to us now, we still continue to order sushi and rolls specifically from the McKinney location — simply because it tastes better. Quality like this is worth the distance.

The place is cozy, the food was great. They have amazing customer service at the place, the cashier and workers were very polite and friendly. The prices are great for the pieces you get with a sushi roll. Definitely would recommend to stop by and try or order to go.

I ordered a sushi burrito & it was good. Could have used a little more fish & less lettuce, but the flavor was there. I will definitely call ahead next time since it took 30 minutes for the one burrito & I was not able to wait inside due to restrictions (understandable). I could see they were very busy with takeout orders so I don’t hold it against them.

Unique look with beetroot rice, but the size of the roll was too big. It was really hard to eat. Rice was also a bit dry. Service was good and the staff was friendly.

Five stars if they had regular rice for my daughter. All they have is beet rice. Otherwise it was pretty good. I could sit down in a nice restaurant with a kirin for the same price, but it was faster and easier to grab and go. The rolls were thin. The gyōza was soggy and slimy. Really, the best thing we ordered was the shrimp tempura appetizer.

Been going here for almost 10 years and they are consistently excellent in quality food and service. Love the fat slabs of salmon they aportion for their nagiri! The people working there are always so kind and welcoming, I really hope they can expand their success. We moved to Carrollton and wished they were closer, but we always drop by when in their area.
