Last night took my family out to eat here. The food was good, but only one thing that messed up everything… my son & I ordered the Sincronizada and both of them had the tortilla burnt. The meat was seasoned great but just that problem of eating burnt tortilla. Might go again and try it again just make sure its not burnt knowing that we were the 1st ones when they opened at 7pm. As the saying goes the 1st ones are not so good until it gets the hang of it… so yeah gonna make sure we’re not the 1st ones again. Then who knows. Lol!

This is a food truck. They offer outdoor and uncovered seating, suitable only for evenings. Tacos had very little meat and lacked flavor. My papa asada’s cheese was not the typical cheese that is used in the papas.

Took about 20 minutes to attend us, the server was extremely rude from the start I treated her the same way and she quickly changed her tone. PLEASE do NOT try the papas botaneras they taste awful. The charro beans tasted nothing like Mexican beans, more like oregano beans? Bay leaf beans? Not sure. The tacos were okay they just had a lot of nerves so I had to constantly be taking it out as I ate. Once it was time to pay our server quickly tapped the middle tip section and added her own gratuity. We changed it and tipped another amount. In total we paid about $68 for a taco truck outside.

The food is really awesome, and authentic Mexican flavor, the salsas are very tasty, staff are really friendly, I know we had to wait a little bit, but after eating what we ordered, the only thing I can tell you is that… the wait was worth every minute.

I had high hopes for Taqueria El Muñeco, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype for me. I found myself waiting an hour for my to-go order, which included 1 order of Tacos Campechanos, 1 Taco Muñeco, and an order of Papas Botana.
While the Papas Botana were definitely the highlight of the meal, the rest of the food fell short. The Charro beans were served cold, and the trompo meat didn’t impress.
Overall, the food is just okay. If you decide to visit, I recommend avoiding peak hours to save yourself from the long wait. Not quite worth the wait in my opinion.

Went last night (04/16/25) and I enjoyed my experience here. I saw the restaurant on tik tok and decided to give it a try. The food is AMAZING. The meats are very soft and well seasoned. The sincronizadas are so big that my husband and I decided to share one and call it quits. The waitresses are so kind. She was great with my kid Elias. Actually, all staff was good with him. They would talk to him and ask him what he wanted and he’s only 2. The waiter got him extra chips too. I’ll admit we did have to remind them about our other order, but the staff made up for it by giving us a free order of their spicy potatoes which were amazing! I forgot to mention that the prices are very good as well. We ordered 4 drinks, 1 papa asada, one hot dog with fries, One sincronizadas and their famous taco el muñeco all for only 44 dollars. The portions are huge. I’ve never seen such a big papa in my life. Definitely worth the prices. I will definitely be returning here soon!

When we first got there it took a few minutes for the lady to come take our order . And then I took a little over an hour to get our food. I ordered a sincronizada and it was barely okay to say the least. Meat was dry and it didn’t have much flavor and the cheese was eh. Also our waitress never came back to check up on us the rest of the time we were there only came when we asked for our check. Should have trusted the reviews but wanted to give it a try anyways. We also had no napkins and we asked for them. The issue with this place is that a lot of the reviews complain about the same issues, but I don’t see management doing anything about it. If you’re getting a lot of complaints about the same thing then obviously you should fix it. Management really needs to reevaluate the way that they run this place.

Got here and we were not attended promptly. Once she took our order she left and never came back. We waited 30 mins before deciding to go up to her and ask for our drinks she said ok and then never came again. We waited another 15 minutes before going again and then she brought us the wrong drinks. Mind you we haven’t received our food during this entire time. Also, She told us there were no potatoes yet we saw her coworker bring out a potato. Very annoying and horrible service. They also need some music the entire experience was awkward.

It seems that the male waiter with a beard was adding tips to our final bill without us knowing. Me and my girlfriend went out and two orders of tacos and a chili dog was $33!!! I knew something was suspicious when the server said all good but never asked for a tip like they usually do. We come back today and order literally the exact same thing where this time my girlfriend paid and she left a voluntary $2 tip sure enough the total was $29. That means our previous server added a $6 tip to his bill without our consent. I’m all for tipping but at least be honest about it.
