Be prepared to wait a couple minutes extra for your food as it is prepared for you not made ahead of time. I had chicken tacos. Filled to to top and great taste. My wife had chicken and rice and soup. Great place to eat and priced right in today’s market.

El Manantial truly surprised me. I came in expecting tacos or maybe some Central American dishes, but I was blown away by their fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the Alfredo sauce rich and flavorful, and the grilled chicken juicy and seasoned just right. To top it off, they served it with a toasted bread that had the flavor and aroma of fine herbs—something you’d expect from a five-star restaurant. It’s rare to find this level of quality in a taquería—absolutely worth the visit!

Don’t let the basic looks of the restaurant deter you from going. If you do, you’re going to miss out on some really good food here! Not to mention excellent service!! Today was my first visit and I was treated like family. That says a lot about a business! I tried their BBQ wings, along with their steak and chicken tacos with fresh cilantro. Hey, let me tell you! There is a reason why they’ve had mostly all Five Star reviews! Very good food!
The tortillas were fresh, the meats cooked perfect and flavored very well. They had just the right amount of grilled onions, lettuce and fresh cilantro. The sauces on the side were excellent as well. The hot sauce is hot, so be mindful of that before dumping it on. It is very good however, despite it turning up the heat a few notches. The BBQ wings were also very good and had great flavor to them.
Order turnaround time was about 15-20 minutes which is completely acceptable. Parking is somewhat limited, however is available at neighboring businesses as well. Phone-in ordering is available for carry-out and I didn’t see any outdoor seating. Drink selection is bottled or canned drinks, no alcohol. Overall, I will definitely go back and I definitely recommend to others. Well worth every dollar! Thanks you guys and see you next time.

Called in order telling them this was my first time. That didn’t have much effect. When I entered a young fellow asked what I wanted, telling him I had a take out. Never smiling, or being friendly at all gave me my order. I paid cash. Picture is part of the change he gave me. Didn’t notice until back at hotel.
Pollo Asada Adobada was dry with little flavor. Macaroni also had little flavor. The portion of black beans was tiny with the consistency of paste. Rice was also bland. I should have gone to Estela’s Taqueria but wanted to explore.
I won’t be going back.
