Cozy atmosphere and Nikki is the kindest along with her friendly staff. The breakfast burrito was flavorful, perfectly balanced, not greasy, with a toasted tortilla. The waffle was crisp on the outside, subtly sweet with fruit. I also tried a raspberry cold foam redbull with strawberry puree. It was all delicious!

Excellent coffee shop and worth the drive if you don’t live in the area. Friendly staff, great coffee, & delicious food. Not only is the food delicious, but almost everything is made from scratch, which is hard to find these days. It has a welcoming atmosphere where you can work, read a book, or just visit with friends. They also sell a variety of local arts & goods, which is a plus.

OMGosh! Cutest, friendliest, yummiest coffee shop I’ve been to since I can remember! Nikki and her staff are so welcoming. The coffee is on point and the pastries! I can usually say no to a pastry but not if they’re from Nikki’s Cafe! And the atmosphere…it feels like home but better because you don’t have to do the dishes and your laundry isn’t in the next room waiting to be folded and put away! You definitely need to make a trip to Nikki’s Cafe…it will not disappoint!

Love this little slice of Tieton. The coffee is locally roasted and the seasonal drinks are a daily for me. Nikki is generally there and it makes the whole experience warm. She makes you feel like a local even if it’s your first time in. The weekend biscuits and gravy are her grandmother’s recipe and are worth seeking out. Can’t wait for the new menu items that I hear are in the way!

Only been here a few times and i will not go back, this is the 2nd time she messes up on my order, don’t even offer to fix it just smiles when i tell her this is not what i ordered. Plus i think they need more then1person working during the lunch hr so that things like this don’t happen
