I recently went to lunch at Taqueria El Farito Cocina Mexican and it was very good. The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They offer a phenomenal $1 taco special every Tuesday. This spot was formerly La Escondidito but has recently changed hands and rebranded, so don’t be confused by the new name. Not fancy, but clean, affordable, and worth a visit.

When they started, it was good, but it seems they’re no longer interested in making quality food. The quesabirrias didn’t have enough meat, and the caldo was less than half full. The flavor wasn’t very good, and the quesadillas had more cheese than meat. The price they charge for this dish was not worth it, at least that was my experience. 🙁

First time in this place since previous owners that we used to love, you order something & they give you something else, Be aware that some menu prices is not the price the actual price but they don’t tell you that until you are paying & you ask. They messed up on our order & while we were there other customers were complaining about their orders. Empanadas masa is not good, Very expensive for what you get. Never going back.
