We go for dinner once a week and let me tell you Kelly and her crew are hilarious and so friendly! They have an amazing relationship with each other and are great to customers.
Our food is always hot and fresh and made exactly how we like it!

Stopped in on my way to work. The onion rings were from last week and so nasty, I threw them in the trash. The hamburgers were so cold, the only thing that was good was the Dr. Pepper!!! NEVER AGAIN. 10.00 to toss everything in the trash!! DO BETTER BK!!

I paid for a milkshake and the machine was down and they won’t refund me. To make things worse they laugh because they didn’t have coffee or ice tea to replace it .
My chicken sandwich is completely drenched in the sauce and the chicken looks uncooked and the Texas whopper it’s completely burnt and hard as a rock . (They won’t refund me because I can’t get ahold of the owner ) If the owners don’t change their management and employees this place will truly go downhill . True disappointment to dyer.
I don’t recommend for you to eat here unless you want to waste your money and time.

Terrible service. It takes 47 minutes for two whopper combos, the girl at the counter has terrible customer service and not a clean place. Thread machine never has ice and they get upset for doing their job I would definitely not go back to this place.

By far the worst burger king restaurant I’ve been too. To start, the person in drive thru didn’t wear gloves and had their masks under their chin. Also, the person in drive thru was making fun of customers for just ordering a bag of ice. Second, as shown in the picture, that is not a whopper. Ketchup with the tiniest amount of cheese and a burger patty is not a whopper. I also had chicken nuggets, spicy with buffalo sauce and I got normal with BBQ sauce. I also got a shake, not good and was melted. Was like drinking cold saltwater. Thirdly, the mozzarella sticks just tasted really off. I will never return to this burger king again, completely horrible.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Burger King located at 996 Joliet Rd in Dyer, Indiana. While attempting to place an order through the drive-thru, the team member who took our order spoke in a tone that came across as irritated and unwelcoming, as if we were an inconvenience.
I asked if I could substitute a drink for an ice cream with the Dragon Burger meal and offered to pay the difference. The request was immediately shut down in a rude manner, without any explanation. I then attempted to place a revised order, but the team member stopped responding altogether. My minor child ended up repeating the order through the speaker out of frustration.
Instead of continuing with the order or clarifying anything, the employee suddenly yelled through the speaker that we would not be served and told us to leave the drive-thru. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue through better staff training and customer service standards.
