This restaurant stands out as the top dining spot in the area. It’s not your typical Mexican eatery; it’s one of the rare authentic Mexican restaurants this side of Texas. The food is expertly seasoned, bursting with incredible flavors. While it may be a small establishment, the experience won’t disappoint. Their fajitas are exceptional, with the vegetables perfectly absorbing the meat’s flavors. And don’t even get me started on the salsa – it’s a flavor explosion that will amaze your taste buds. Don’t know why it was empty ! Good food !!! Horchata was great. Serving portion was huge and we needed boxes . I had chorizo tacos 9/10 and you can put whatever toppings and sauce on top at the bar(which I loved) & my husband got something I forgot —- just know it was 9/10 he said . COME HERE !! You won’t regret it . We got warm chips and salsa . All for $32 = 2 entrees , horchata , 1 Jarritos & chips and salsa.

Just what this area needed! A little taqueria with authentic food. Salsa bar is on point! All the salsa were tasty! Make sure to order the warm salsa and chips! We ordered 3 meals and split it between a family of 4. Had fresh made juice. Flavor changes. Cantaloupe juice was great! Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely will return.

I am late with my review but this place has some fresh authentic food. The portion size and price are spot on. The ingredients are fresh with mounds of flavor. The atmosphere and music is inviting and the host/cashier is pleasant. The only suggestion I have is work on securing a more accessible location. I have seen and personally passed up going to this location for food when it was Downtown Grounds, and Big Thicket and if you know, some great food has come out of that building…….but the location/parking scheme is not ideal even you are hunting for a bite to eat that is not mcdonalds, burger King etc. I hope to see this business grown and move to bigger and better.

Just earned themselves a new loyal customer!! The melon fresca was amazing! The stuffed avocado with steak and queso is my new favorite dish. The portions are huge and we got dinner for our family of 4 with 2 appetizers for under $50.
