I stepped in to be waited on. I have issues using kiosks and didn’t have time to figure it out. They both saw me but after standing there for a good five minutes with out being waited on I had to leave. I was on an Uber run and could only spare ten minutes. So I left. The one working on the food wave good bye as I drove off. I have been in there just a few times and it has NEVER been a friendly place. Everyone should avoid them like the plague. The Dunkin’s out on 202 and 9 are a much friendlier group!!!

Owner!!! What the heck? I just want to pick out my own donuts. I want to look at the donuts and point at them and pick them out. But no. I came here for months and grew to know and appreciate the staff. Today I was told I wasn’t allowed back due to joking with a staff member. A ‘manager’, whom I had never seen before, took offense to the joke and said it made the staff uncomfortable. This person had no context for the joke and the staff have never said otherwise (it was a running joke). Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere and I hope the staff fairs well under this new ‘manager’.

The food is fine. It’s normal dunks food. The service is terribly slow. And the bathroom is not the cleanest, it is often out of soap and toilet paper. I have seen workers chatting with friends over the counter while orders pile up. This dunks is not the worst I’ve visited- but man, there’s room for improvement. Don’t expect this to be a quick stop on your route. Ordering a medium coffee and 2 donuts will take 20-25 minutes from your morning (even with ordering ahead on the app). Please do better.

Delivery truck blocks you in the parking lot for half an hour I’m not kidding! They don’t put up cones so you don’t park there and get blocked in! Make sure you order using the app so they are more polite and faster. Customers rude there as well. Also didn’t offer a receipt so I didn’t know the order number that was mine.

Your young employee with piercings and black hair was to busy flirting with her boyfriend to be “bothered” to take orders and deal with customers, she also was extremely rude, put too much concentrate in so they taste bad, and gave extremely attitude, will not be coming back, do not recommend to anyone
