Just started our 19th year in business. We had an idea back in 2000 to open a small Mexican restaurant based on low volume and high quality. We had predicted the “taqueria” concept would last two to three years and we were proven wrong. The majority of our staff has been with us over 10 years, which is unusual in the hospitality industry. As for our food: small batch, handmade tortillas, local beers on tap and friendly service is the secret to our longevity. We look forward to your visit.

The food was really good and everything tasted great. The service was excellent — 10/10, very attentive and friendly.

Think this might be my new favorite Mexican spot here. I loved the atmosphere when I walked in. Although it was a bit packed in there, the service was still great. I think I had Giovanna as my waitress and she was amazing! She ensured I had a great experience as soon as I sat down until the very end. I ordered some quesabirrias and they were delicious. Their in-house salsa was a lovely complement too! Will be coming back again.

It was pretty packed when I got there so I sat at the bar. Was greeted right away with chips that weee hot and crispy and fresh salsa. I ordered a pomegranate margarita that was too good (I had to force myself to sip it slowly). I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos which I definitely recommend. Shrimp were grilled perfectly and with nice flavor. I got a blueberry margarita that was on special ($7) and it was just as good as the pomegranate one. I’ve been searching for good tacos for a while and I’m so glad I finally found some! Will absolutely be returning!

Came here for a late lunch. It was a Thursday so they were having their taco Thursday special – I got two servings, three carne asada, one lengua, one carnitas, and one al pastor.
I would say the tacos were okay in general. I came from California, do business in Arizona, and I’ve been to Mexico, so I’m familiar with very good quality Mexican food.
That said, this is Greensboro and we don’t have that many Mexicans so I don’t expect Mexican food here to be really good. The quality was on par to my expectations but nothing exceptional.

My favorite place for Mexican food. Best Al Pastor Burrito, the service is great. Everything is closed from the snow yet they are open cleaning the outside of the restaurant happy to greet you. I love that they have art prints of their food truck as well, you feel the pride they have in their food and their space

Got to catch up with a really good friend of mine for lunch and was overall impressed. The food and atmosphere was fire but the service could have been better. They were nice but took their time and made the visit longer than it needed to be. I would still recommend.

Cute, good location. Very mediocre Mexican restaurant- most employees had no idea about the food they had and couldn’t answer most questions. My sons heuvos ranchos was edible and ok but boring (we have eaten this fish hundreds of times at other locations)- my fish tacos were the same – boring- 1/2 filled with shredded ice berg lettuce and the smallest avocado you’ve ever seen with a tiny piece of fried fish stick (from frozen ♂️) – THE CHIPS and salsa were very good and not spicy- English is not well spoken here. Nice cloth napkins

We were not greeted when we walked in. We were never given napkins or utensils. Me and my friend both ordered the steak tacos from the taco truck menu which was supposed to have hand crafted corn tortillas and they were not. The meat was cold on our tacos and there was no flavor really. The restaurant is cute, the food is not.

We recently rented the Taco Truck for our wedding and it was one of the best things we could have done! My partner and I have loved this restaurant for years and it was so special to have them be a part of our next step together as a couple. Everyone talked about how amazing the food was and the tacos we got were hot and delicious. They were easy to communicate with and having them be a part of our wedding was the most amazing thing!

Started off by getting a cheese dip which was hot, fresh, and very flavorful. It also came in a very nice clay looking bowl that went great with the atmosphere. (Picture added). The staff were all great and welcoming. I ordered the ACP and if was also very appetizing. Then finished if off with the fried ice cream which was to die for. Overall 10/10 experience and I will be returning.
