Hidden gem in Waco that’s been a food truck and now is a brick and mortar. No longer cash only as they take cards. The breakfast burritos are massive! They also serve menudo which was delicious. They are also a clean plate winner which means the passed with a 100 on health inspection. Friendly people and great food.

They have the best barbacoa tacos I’ve had in Waco. The green sauce is the authentic taqueria jalapeño emulsion sauce, which is my favorite! The elote is amazing as well! Can’t wait to try other things here.

This was out to go place from time to time, the food and service has gone down hill, asked for extra salsa of course no problem to pay a bit extra but having it thrown with an attitude is one thing for asking and going home to eat after a hard day at work with the burned hard flavorless gorditas is another won’t be coming back after today.

This place hands down best priced and tasting tacos in town. I’m totally conflicted by the “bad” reviews and left in total disbelief but to each his own. Every restaurant has it’s day.. My favorite is the chicken tacos. You can taste the love and the freshness. This business is family owned and operated. My only complaint (I’ve been eating here for 5 years) has been when I had to wait… and I’m aware that my Anericanized sense of convenience needs to checked. It’s always worth the wait. FRESH INGREDIENTS at a GREAT PRICE for my family of 6. I’ve eaten at the more expensive Mexican restaurants in town. They don’t compare. You’re paying for a the name, fancy menu, or pictures on the wall. I’ll go for taste and quality any day. And Momma can have a bad day at the window… The food is GOOOOOD!
