I got a burrito beans, rice, red chili pork with cactus. This guiso really caught my eye, and it didn’t disappoint. It has a kick of spice, but I really loved this food. I rarely find places where food tastes homemade good. A different type of good. 10/10

Then, a plate of Chile Verde pork with Barbacoa. It’s so tasty so flavourful. Comes with rice and refried beans. I will definitely be back. I got lucky to find this hidden gem. Apparently, since 1989, their hours are to suit those who work early mornings. From 3:30 am to 12 noon. That’s it. Coffee, cinnamon tea, several drinks from redbulls to sodas. It’s very traditional Mexican cuisine (many guisos to chose from). The establishment is not the most renovated or luxurious, but I don’t mind as long as my food quality is there, and it was. I
Believe they said Menudo on the weekends only. I’m not a fan of menudo, but I have to come back and try some chicken I saw there. Looked so delicious.
One thing I noticed is for the coffee if you need creamer, you need to ask for it. The counter only has sugar and powder creamer. They have a restroom and a sitting area. Keep supporting these businesses.

The burritos reminded me of my grandmother who passed away, idk how they do it but the tortillas on the burrito comes out so soft and fire just like if your abuelita te echo lonche hella bomb frfr, staff are nice and welcoming they speak Spanish and English prices are good, if you stay in town or coming to town you gotta try this spot out

The restaurant exterior is evident of Stockton back in the day. Inside you’ll find friendly service, and an old school vibe. The delicioso (delicious) food is like what your abuela (grandmother) would make for you. Affordable. Opens early at 3am. Street parking.
