Every table was dirty. Food all over floors. Despite appearance I took a chance. First time going here. Never again! I ordered 3 enchiladas, 2 beef 1 cheese, black beans and rice. No salad! It looked like a mushed up mess. Don’t even see the cheese enchilada! Lettuce all on the bottom. I mean it was a mess. From what I could tell meat looked partially uncooked. Absolutely disgusting! Son ordered the steak nachos, once again all mushed up in container. Will never come here again. I’ll chalk that $30 up as a loss! I threw it straight to the trash. Food not only has to taste good but has to look edible.

There was no customers . We got there 1 hr. And 20 minutes before closing. There was an uncleared table next to us and was still not cleaned up in there when we left. We had to Sk for chips and salsa. They charge for it. And salsa was just ok. The margarita took firever and the guy broughtit dripping all over and he said he messed it up and it overflowed. It was un drinkable tasted pure salt. He did bringanother one at my request he was very polite. Idk if they charged for it or not. He started to clen bathroom with door open yuk. And wheeled dirty mop water past our table!! Yuk. A few customers came in and sat and server was back in kit hen and served them after cleaning bathroom. Gross. We left abou half hour befor eclosing. So he had time to clean it still. Then starting putting up chairs also. Etc. Sorry I never post a bad review. Honestly I don’t and I’m not a Karen. Lol

The worst tamales I have ever had, if you can call them that, $12 for a half dozen and we didn’t even eat one they were so dry and tasteless. The sopes were decent. DO NOT ASK FOR QUESO with your chips they brought us why looked like glue and tasted like aluminum foil. There are so many better places try Lolis on Big Bend best Mexican ever.

This would be my second time here. The food has improved and the place looks nice. The staff could have been more friendly. I know sometimes you don’t want to work but having a face the whole time is just bad customer service.

Would have been 5 stars but the steak for the tacos was a little dry. Only a little. Otherwise delicious. Clean place. Very busy during lunch though, recommend calling ahead. Took about 30 minutes for 3 tacos. But they were swamped. Fantastic tacos. And I’m willing to bet this was just a one off situation with the steak. My friend raves about this place. Will definitely come again!

I got Taqueria Don Julios to go this evening. The worse mexican restaurant I’ve been to period. While i was eating a taco I bit down on a stone and found another in the taco. Hopefully my teeth aren’t damaged. Tamales had very little chicken and the chicken it did have was extremely dry. It was so dry my 3 year old son thought one piece was a bone. Nachos were basically chips. Very little meat. Horrible experience!!! Won’t be back and hopefully I save someone the trouble.

I got a small guacamole to try and queso. Especially loved their chunky with tomatoes and onion guac. Queso, white white cheese was really good, chips and salsa all good. Best taco I’ve found so far, rice and beans bland. Huge serving of 3 enchiladas. Took home.

Got a to go order. Absolutely horrible my pics are of the salad. The vegetables were all were rotten, the chicken tamales, sarcastically thankfully they had no chicken they were so dried out they were mummified. I definitely would never eat at this place again. Food was terrible tacos bistec ranchero even the rice, how you ruin rice? surprised the health department hasn’t closed this .

Great authentic Mexican food. Good selection of beverages including imported Coca Cola, beers and more. Large portions, and excellent taste. The only negative is the price since are many items are on the expensive side.
