The ambience is ok. It took time for them to come to the table, bring the drinks and the food. The server did her best and had good service attitude. The food is not the best. The chips were broken in small pieces. The plates were looking a little dirty. The menudo didn’t have oregano, it was in the limit of being salty, I almost bite a bone (easily I could have broken a tooth), it was more broth than the tripes. The positive of the menudo, it was not greasy. The carne asada was cooked to the point that was dry, the nopales are bottle nopales. Definitely we are not coming back. There are better Mexican restaurants.

Stopped by today for takeout breakfast. I ordered the ham and eggs plate which came out to $12. I was disappointed by the quality of the food. I expected the ham to be from a ham steak or even cubed ham. Instead it was thin sliced sandwich ham which tasted mildly metallic. The beans and tortillas were good but the potatoes did not have any seasoning and were still a bit underdone in the middle. I’ve eaten here a two months prior and was happy with the food then but today it wasn’t hitting. For $12 without a drink I expected better.

Great place for anytime of the day. Never had anything bad on the menu. They have a big menu and I would say for the area of town they make everything above average when it comes to quality, quantity and time. Never had a bad meal here. Been eating at their main location/food truck for nearly a decade. I will say the dezavala location is my favorite. Doesn’t get as crazy packed and I think food comes out a little better/fresher here due to that.

Came with friends…
The mini tacos, el pastor were dry and pretty flavorless they need salsa. The corn tortillas were good and tasted homemade. Charro beans were very flavorful but don’t make up for the rest of the meal. Birria tacos had mixed reviews from friends, one liked them the other didn’t.

Service was extremely slow. Tables were… somewhat clean, it wasn’t until we left that my friend (who got there first) said the first table she picked had a bunch of dead gnats on the windowsill next to the table. The booths are small as well. They don’t fit 4 easily and we are normal sized women.

Overall, wouldn’t recommend. I love TexMex and hope in the wall places but they need to be clean, attentive and the food has to deliver. This missed on a lot of points.

Service is usually bad, and the food quality has gone downhill. I placed an online order and was charged extra for chips and salsa even though they are always included and complimentary. The pricing feels deceptive. There are much better places in town.

There are noticeable differences between each Taqueria Datapoint locations, and so far this one is the best. The restaurant is clean and bright and there is nice amount of space. I tried some tacos after a disastrous nacho situation at a different location. All three of these tacos were delicious and large. (Probably should have only ordered two) Campechana, Fajita and Carne Guisada. Salsa was very good and has a nice, deep, roasted flavor. The service as attentive abd friendly.

Food was delicious, stopped in with my mom for breakfast. Service was alittle slow but my opinion is clouded by the fact that we were on a short time line. We did foolishly go in and sit with the intent to order Togo. My recommendation is if you are ordering Togo, you should enter and go to the bar are where the pick up line is and order and get your food. Us sitting down I believe gave the impression we were going to stay and eat. Never the less food was fantastic and restaurant was slightly busy not to packed. We’ll done!

Taqueria Datapoint has been around as a local staple for years, and even burning down couldn’t stop them. That’s to everyone’s benefit because they make some of the best tacos in town! The mini tacos should be your go to for a mix of pastor and asada. The carnitas are almost just as delicious if you prefer those. The only down side is they are much more expensive than other restaurants. Expect to pay $13-$14 after top for five mini tacos. If you want chicken then get the quesadillas because they’re huge and come with chicken grilled to perfection.

Since their remodel the interior has seen a huge improvement. It’s actually almost too nice for a taqueria. Tables are and booths are spacious and comfy. The wait staff is nice and helpful. Parking is ample.

I walked in and signs said to sit myself, and I did so.
I waited about 25 minutes for a waitress to attend to me with a menu. They were playing with the lottery machines thereShe only checked on us once.
The food, though, was amazing!
