I never had any complaints coming here, but this time was not good. I opened the lid and immediately knew it looked off. The fries looked like the ends of a batch and were too hard. The portion was not like usual. The torta was so thin and the bread was hard. You can see how thin it was but when I opened it, it got worse. The meat was positioned higher so it can seem as it had trompo in there. The trompo was dry and burnt and the torta had more lettuce than the meat. I ended up not eating it and was too far to go back. Maybe I came on a bad day?

Tacos were great. After ordering, it took about 10 minutes to pick up. They were loaded with meat. I wish they included more grilled onions, and onions+cilantro. Both salsas were good. Price is reasonable compared to other tacqueria nearby.

I’ve yet to have anything I don’t like from this little hole in the wall, hidden gem of a taqueria! Their tacos are done perfectly. My personal favorites are the lengua and the carnitas! They’re about the only place I’ve been to in forever that do their floutas right, and the service is always great! Don’t sleep on this little gas station Taco joint because these vatos would even put a smile on Abuellas face!

Best tacos al pastor we’ve had outside of Mexico City. It’s rare to find a proper trompo, which this place has. It results in the right texture and is so much better than frying the meat. The meat is marinated to perfection.
