This is a hidden gem in Chattanooga! I was driving by Rossville Blvd last week and the number of cars and line in front of a food truck caught my eye. I went back the following Friday afternoon to try it out and had their Burrito de asada and my wife ordered their taquitos.
Not only is the staff friendly but they also have a closed in eating area to enjoy our food. The food was made to order and authentically delicious!
Definitely going back to try their torta next.
So I was craving a torta this morning and wanted to try it from my new favorite spot. I was not disappointed! I got their asada torta (added beans) and it was delicious! Definitely coming back, I think I found my new go-to when I’m craving a torta. BTW the salsa they put on the side was really good, definitely get that when you stop by!

My husband came home with an asada burrito for me and it was PERFECT. It’s seriously SO good. The flavor is incredible. And their salsa they serve with it is just the right amount of spiciness – tolerable for someone who likes spice but can’t overdo it either!
Will absolutely be returning!
