The nice thing about this Cold Stone is that it has products from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. So if you are looking for some delicious sweets, this a good spot to find them.

A visit to this particular Cold Stone in Hudson, WI, left a lot to be desired. It’s a shame, because I’ve always enjoyed the Cold Stone experience, but this location seems to miss the mark on a few key fronts.
First off, the pricing feels a bit steep for what you get. The portions seem noticeably smaller than at other Cold Stone locations I’ve visited, which makes you feel like you’re not getting your money’s worth. It’s a quick transaction, sure, but it feels more like a hurried exchange than a valued customer experience.
Speaking of the experience, the service was quite disappointing. The two men working behind the counter were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed to be there. They treated each customer with a sense of impatience, and there was a complete lack of warmth or appreciation. While they were efficient in getting the ice cream served, there was no smile, no friendly greeting—just a cold, robotic process.
If you’re looking for a better Cold Stone experience, I highly recommend saving your money and time and driving a few miles down the road. The location in Woodbury, MN, while not the absolute best, offers a significantly better atmosphere and customer service. They are far more pleasant and make you feel like your business is appreciated. This Hudson location has a lot to learn about hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Zero stars, pictures should say it all. Friend picked up cake for me. The employee told her the frosting was “loose.” She said it looked ok but by the time she got to our house 15 min later the frosting had melted off. It was put in our freezer for the next 8 hours, when I took it out, it sat on the counter for 3-5 min and the frosting was already melted. We had cold stone cupcakes for our wedding reception and they sat out for an hour with only minor melting and on a much warmer day. Anyone who’s ever bought or made an ice cream cake knows you have to let them sit out to thaw before cutting. Never have I ever seen frosting melt within minutes like this before. Obviously the frosting was not made right, you could have called and let me know there was a problem. Not worth $5 let alone the $40 I paid. Looking over your display case when I ordered the cake should have been my first clue!
Edit: adding 1 star as the General Manager contacted me after my review and offered to make another cake and refunded us for the original cake. I still would check out their display case prior to ordering. If the displays look unappealing than do not order.

Terrible! 6.50 for a cup of air. We ordered pick up and went in 10 minutes later, which was 5 minutes before it said it would be ready. I ordered the lucky charms small size. I opened it and it was all melted and mostly whipped cream. It was a weird froth warm consistency. DISGUSTING and a rip off!!!! Never ever again!!!

Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. We had a much better experience. Staff were pretty quick and attentive and the store was cleaner.
Previous review:On Sunday July 21st we visited coldstone for icecream at 5:22 pm. There were 4 people in line when we arrived. The one girl who was working was going incredibly slow and at first we thought she was the only person in the store. Then another worker came out but instead of helping she stocked plastic spoons. We left after waiting for 10 mins and the line was to the door no one except one person had been served ice cream. This is terrible service which is disappointing because the ice cream is good. The owners need to hire better staff and care about this store. They are loosing a lot of business. Thankfully dairy Queen is quick and great.

The two young gentleman behind the counter were fantastic!! Unfortunately I held up the line a bit because I didn’t know what ingredients I could add to my ice cream. All other coldstones have a list. 10/5 stars for the two guys. 0/5 stars for no list of ingredients.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Being a frequent visitor of cold stone creamery, I have become accustomed to a certain level of quality. However, this branch adheres to NONE of those levels. If it weren’t for the ice cream tasting like it was over a week old, I’d have made a bigger deal about the terrible portion size. The toppings were sparse, and the cone soggy and stale. I will never ever ever stop at this location again.

I Am Giving It 2 Stars I used To Work Here As I Got Through Half Of My Ice Cream I Noticed A Hair In It I Had To Throw The Rest Away, I Was Kind Of Disappointed And How Come They Don’t Have To Wear Gloves Anymore While Serving Ice Cream To Customers? Great place. Great Ice Cream. Can be expensive. Visited and received our Ice Cream flat across top of bowl and I was shocked; what happened to the rounded heaps we are accustomed to? Learned from management that you need to speak up and request that now, no additional cost, too many complaining about the extra Ice Cream flowing over the bowl edge and making a mess. Not to complain, but C’mon put it on, the more ice cream the better and then I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth at this place. No more sad looking bowls.
