This food truck has me HOOKED!!!! From their customer service to their food. Their food is so flavorful and well-cooked. They always serve with a smile on their faces. All I can say is that this food truck cooks way better Mexican food than I can and that says a lot! I will recommend this food truck over and over again!

We stopped by this food truck in Montrose on our way to Telluride as it was way past lunch time and we were hungry. What an amazing find! Everything on the menu is delicious. We loved the food so much that we stopped there again on our way back home four days later

I moved from Farmington NM and thought I was leaving behind my favorite Mexican food-Taco de lengua (cow tongue tacos) but I was so wrong. Stopped by this food truck and they have it!! And let me tell u it’s so delicious!! I stop by as often as I can to get it now and it saves me a trip back home!! I highly recommend everyone stopping by and trying their food out!! U won’t be disappointed at all. Prices aren’t bad at all the staff that work the truck are so friendly.
