Our family LOVES Tapster! It’s hands down the best bar in the community and incredibly family friendly. We have young kids, and it’s our go-to spot when we need to get out without a lot of fuss. Their hot-dog happy hour is the best! There are games and activities, and zero judgement for kids being kids. Easy to make a quick exit if needed with the card drop boxes; self serve beverages and popcorn takes the stress away. They have NA options, beer, and wine on tap so it’s great for whatever we’re feeling.
Also, the space is magical. It has such a warm, inviting feeling – there are skylights all the way down the space, making it feel bright and cheerful even on gloomy Cleveland days.
To top it off, the Owners are the kindest, most personable people. It’s like a modern, wholesome version of Cheers. We just love everything about this place.

It’s SHOCKING how many people giving this establishment a 5 star rating. The beer selection is lowkey whack, it didn’t have much variety. The swing seats are a cool touch, i will say. They have tons of games to play while you drink, which is super cool. Unfortunately, We tried to play operation and nearly every single piece was missing. The girl running the front seemed nice at first but when trying to check out she was busy building a hat with one of the pop ups and didn’t seem to notice I was trying to cash out for at least 5 minutes. Also, why is tipping an option? I pour my own beer and drop all my dirty glasses in a bin. All around the place was really disappointing. It’s such a cool concept but the execution is lackluster.

What a great place! My wife’s been here several times before but this was my first chance to join her. I love the space and the concept, and the owner was super friendly and answered my many questions about the business and the beer.
One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that there were several beers that I would have never ordered normally, but since it was by the ounce I was able to do a lot of sampling and found that I enjoyed a couple more than I would have guessed. Great place to expand your beer palate!

I hosted an event at Tapster in collaboration with my business, and it was a wonderful experience all around! Gail was extremely helpful with the planning, coordination, and execution. The environment at Tapster is casual yet fun, and everyone had a great time! I highly recommend hosting your events and parties here.

Intimate space to grab a cocktail. The space is long narrow room with very bright lights. I did enjoy seeing a pool table located in here and was able to play s few games. I also dont like the tipping drop safes near the exit. I was the only person getting my drinks/food.

This place is awesome! We made a same day reservation for a birthday party and they were accommodating and so welcoming. A sweet vibe where you can bring your own food in and experience a variety of drinks and flavors. Highly recommend!

Don’t mind the lack of photos in this review. We stopped in for the first time after clients of ours recommended this place and we stopped in after grabbing dinner next door and in no way shape or form we’re disappointed.
The concept is wonderful! I truly hope to see this business model grow and expand beyond Lakewood. The owner was awesome—we explained that it was our first time and he walked us through the entire process.
I also love that they host a variety of events throughout the week from shuffle board tournaments to trivia nights. Although it as our first time it definitely won’t be our last! If you’re looking for an awesome place to grab a drink or even have a date night 20/10 recommend! We’ll be back again soon!

Cool place to try wine, beer, cocktails etc, all on tap! No food served, but they allow you to bring your own. Super pleasant! Lots of TVs! Long hours! Give it a whirl!
