Fall vibes at Tap Room! We came for their seasonal beer lineup and started with the $13.50 beer flight where you can sample six brews such a fun way to try new flavors. Out of my six, I really loved three, so definitely worth it for the price.
We also tried some seasonal cocktails …the Caramel Apple was on the sweeter side (almost like a dessert in a glass), while the Sweater Weather had more of a spiced Captain Morgan kick, perfect for that “grown-up fall” feel. Both were really good!
For bites, we had mussels in garlic + white wine. Flavor was nice, though I think they could’ve been cleaned a little better and needed just a touch more salt. The Crispy Dragons were flavorful, though the filling threw me off. I didn’t quite get “crab,” but my friend loved them, so it’s definitely worth trying. ✨
Overall, Tap Room was a fun spot with a big, lively vibe inside (a little loud), so if you’re looking for something more intimate, the outdoor seating is perfect. We came for the beer flight, and that definitely didn’t disappoint!

We had a wonderful holiday party at the Tap Room in Garden City. The food and service were amazing from start to finish, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating together. Our servers—Najjah, Alexis, and Alex—were fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. Everyone had a great time, and it was truly a fun and memorable event for all. Thank you Christy (manager) and the entire Tap Room staff.

Great first impression. I sat at the bar. Standard bar and grill environment. High tops, booths and tables. Decent selection of spirits on the shelf. Ample seating for small to medium groups. Unless you schedule space. I’m sure they will accommodate. Pricing was adequate for the listed menu items.
Nice variety of menu options. So many tasty choices. The blackened chicken gyro was suggested. I must say, it was really good. Paired with the house fries. Perfectly cooked grilled / blackened chicken, with fresh chopped lettuce and tomato with just enough tzatziki sauce. Nicely seasoned fries, again just enough not so much as to over power the fries.
The gentleman (Scurby C) behind the bar was also my server. He is pleasant and personable. Attentive to the patrons in his area and checks in periodically without being extra. Customer service done right.
All in all, good experience. Planning to return to try more.

Let me start with I love onion rings and this place has the best I have gotten in a long time, nice and crunchy with a hole onion ring in side it OMG. The food at this place is great at the right price for the large portion your served. For my main course I had shrimp with mussels in some kind of sauce that was great. So if you’re looking for some good Pub food in a good atmosphere this place may be right for you. I say good for date night or with some close friends or maybe to get a drink at the large bar this pub won’t disappoint you in the heart of a nice town with plenty of free parking in a rear lot. Did I mention the server Stephanie was fantastic.

Everything went great for my daughter’s graduation. We were able to set up timely matter.
The size of the room was perfect for the event and the staff was very helpful in whatever we needed to do and very accommodating. The bartender, Melissa was terrific and very helpful. We were able to use Spotify perfectly. The food was delicious especially I heard chicken wings and tenders were the best, (I wish I would have ordered more) .The only minus was the veggies were just ok.
My only issue was the lighting it was a bit dark in some areas but the staff was able to brighten a few spots.
Overall we had a great time and experience. We would do it again over there.

Family and friends had a wonderful time in the reserve room for Private Birthday Party. Multiple screens were showing the Knicks game while a private Spotify playlist played through a high-quality sound system. The bartenders and managers were extremely friendly and really took care of everything. Christy and Jennifer demonstrated outstanding skill in organizing the event, including overseeing the catering(Good Selection of Apps) and liquor selection. Excellent service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!

I’m not new to Tap Room but I was in Garden City and decided to give their location a try. Same great customer service same welcoming atmosphere and the mimosas of course did not disappoint. They were strong and kept coming. The wings did exactly what they were supposed to do and the bourbon mussels are a MUST try. However, I was shocked to see how they presented the eggs and cheese, didn’t bother to let it melt, not mixed in, lacked presentation and did not look appetizing. The hangover burger was also a miss. I tried their chicken burgers before and expected the same level of satisfaction but I was very much disappointed with the hangover burger. Nevertheless I would still recommend. Their bottomless mimosas make up for where they failed and I do feel like their menu has other items worth giving a try.

Atmosphere,vibes and service is exactly what you expect from Tap Room and this one us no different.
Food at this location is not something to brag about. Chicken in Gyro is dry and my buttermilk chicken sandwich looked like it was deep fried in two week oil.
I hope it’s just a one time thing because I do sincerely enjoy Tap Room.

We hosted my husband’s birthday party at the Tap Room in Garden City and reserved a private space (Barrel Room). The venue was warm, inviting and perfect for cheers and beers themed birthday celebration! Everyone had a great time. The staff and Christy (Director of Catering) were very helpful and customer oriented. Highly recommend they venue!
