I’ve been searching for roast duck & roast pork that isn’t all the way in Seattle. We went an hour before closing and they ran out of roast pork but we got the roast duck and it satisfied my craving! We also got chow mein, sweet&sour chicken, honey walnut prawns & honey garlic pork. I would say the roast duck was the star of the show. I’m a big fan of honey walnut prawns and they were okay, small portion. Everything else was decent. I will be going back to try the roast pork.

This is the best Chinese BBQ in Washington or Arizona. Call ahead or go early because they almost always sell out of what they prep for the day. It’s all so good! The entire menu, even the drinks. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant – I highly recommend you go here over any other of the many restaurants in the area. You will be glad you did!

Just ate here recently. Moved to the Federal Way area last week. The food is actually pretty good here. I highly recommend a complete remodel on the inside. And maybe it’s a cultural thing but I want to mention this: you should not have your employees sitting down inside the customer table area. And again really this place needs a remodel and it would probably get a lot more business. I want to also reiterate how good the food is here and it is well worth eating here and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places

The side pork was previously slightly salty. Patrons can choose to dine inside or opt for takeout, although it is recommended to call ahead or arrive early, as the restaurant occasionally sells out of BBQ. On New Year’s Day, I was fortunate to find the restaurant open and was able to purchase 3 pounds of BBQ pork and half a pound of side pork, which was the remaining quantity available. The price for BBQ pork is $12.95 per pound, and side pork is $13.95 per pound.
My total expenditure, including tax and gratuity, came to $64.00 for takeout. I provide this information to offer a rough estimate of costs. It would go up eventually due to inflation.
I highly recommend May May Hong Kong BBQ to anyone visiting the Federal Way area. The restaurant offers ample parking and is conveniently located adjacent to Domino’s Pizza.

BBQ pork and duck are the best here. Roasted pork can be better if the skin can be more crunchy. A rare find to find authentic Hong Kong style restaurant this far out from Seattle. Will come back and recommend others to try.

The 3 item bbq, salt and pepper pork chops and beef chow fun were excellent. The Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce could have been cut up into smaller pieces but it was also good. I like the old Chinese way that they box up your leftovers for you. We no longer have to go to the International district to get good Cantonese food.

We came in after lunch, so the place was pretty quiet. The server was polite, very nice, and got our orders right away. They were out of the BBQ pork at that point, but had some cooking, so we did have thst before we were done.
I had the Gen Tso’s Chicken which was really good – big well fried pieces of breaded chicken in a nice sauce (note: I requested 5/5 heat, but they made it pretty mild). Other dishes were the Salt and Pepper Fried Chicken and the Mongolian Beef which were delicious, and the Beef Sate Hot Pot with Glass Noodles, which was a showstopper! Milk teas with raspberry jelly for the Millenials and beer for the old folks, everyone came away happy!
Worth driving a bit. Will be back!

Great tucked away place. Pops & Mom’s authentic Chinese food. Hit the spot and the owner is nice too. Ordered the 2 items BBq pork and chasiu, Well I dont want it to be too crowded if you are smart enough you will know it ^_^

Pretty good. Sadly no roast goose (I really miss that since we left HK).
Chasui was not too sweet, and had good fragrance and color.
Roasted pork belly had delicious crispy skin.
Suggestion for the chef: please make sure to completely cut through the pork belly. My daughter found it a little difficult to eat because the cubes were still attached.
We’ll definitely return when we’re nearby.
