Place was nice busy but not crowded. Service was very good but they brought my main course out as I was eating my soup, which was delivered just a few minutes before.
French onion 7/10, good flavor but no soup, it was all crouton, very shallow crock.
Drinks 9/10 not to bad reasonably priced
Prime rib 9/10, good portion size , veggies came out a few minutes later

Cracking restaurant and craft beer bar. The lobster roll with hot butter was out standing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good choice of craft beers. Pizza was very good. Not overly expensive

Fabulous experience at Tap City Grille. Amazing staff, and the bartender really knows how to make excellent drinks. The buffalo chicken dip is bursting with flavor. The salads are crisp and so fresh. Portions are generous. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

Went to the grill last night.Positives and negatives. This visit was a couple nights after a major Nor Easter; Ninety five percent of the Cape was shut down due to the snow storm. The atmosphere was pleasant, typical of what you’d expect for a grill or pub. The service was excellent. Friendly and engaging, not pushy. My drink was very good as well. Unfortunately more than 60& of the menu was not available due to the storm, not their fault. The disappointing issue was the food. My friend ordered wings and french fries; the wings were not crispy and the flavor bland. My food was equally disappointing. I ordered the chicken pot pie. First time I had mashed potatoes in the recipe. The fact that it had mashes potatoes was not in itself off putting, it was the amount of them. The bottom third of the bowl was filled with mashed potatoes. There were scraps of chicken, not a quarter cups worth, the same problem with the vegetables, far too few.

Amazing Food & Great Vibes at Tap City Grille!
I had a burger sandwich and a fish sandwich with fries — everything was absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fish was crispy and fresh. The fries were cooked just right. On top of that, the service was excellent — fast, friendly, and very welcoming. The staff made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend Tap City Grille if you’re in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants in the area. I am a picky/weird eater that usually has a hard time with eating out. I have never had a issue here and I eat at Tap often!
It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere with a nice crowd. It can definitely be busy at times especially during the summer months. They have indoor and out door dinning you can also sit bar side.
Food is FANTASTIC!!!
The clam chowder is excellent definitely in my top 3. Pizza is great, chicken pot pie is amazing, fresh salads, and great appetizers too.

Came here off the recommendation from a local hotel and certainly enjoyed our meal. I had a pasta special with short rib meat and our was well flavored, fresh pasta, and nicely prepared (i would get it again). My brother had chicken and waffles (a frequent meal) and said it was nicely done and had some chips inside the waffle
My wife had a lobster roll… it’s been a minute since she had one and she enjoyed it very much so.
Side note – came here the next day to do some lunch app work a large group and the staff was less than helpful and was a bit rude. Not going to change my review but I wouldn’t come here in a large group.

Atmosphere was nice, we went in for lunch and we were the only ones there. The server was prompt, friendly and polite. We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer, which were fresh, hot and the fig jam was excellent. I had a cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly medium, the lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh, and the fries seemed home cut. Nothing was greasy, and the roll was fresh and hearty. My daughter ordered a fish sandwich which was fresh, lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh as well. We had watermelon sangria’s which were good, but I told the server they could have had a bit more watermelon and she returned with a shot of watermelon liquor to add to them free of charge. Would definitely go here again, although probably not on a weekend because it’s rather small inside, but very cozy!

I would give this place a solid 4.5 – 4.7 stars. The personal wood fired pizzas, steak tips and Mac & Cheese were very good. We were lucky on a Wednesday night, not very busy and we sat right near the street, which was entertaining. Great local beer selection as well. Would definitely go back!!
