Had such a great patio lunch at Mi Cocina! The atmosphere outside was perfect — relaxing, sunny, and right by the water which made it feel like a mini getaway in the middle of the day.
We started with their chips and salsa (always a must), then ordered the fajita chicken nachos and WOW. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the cheese was perfectly melted, and everything was fresh and well-balanced — not greasy, just really well done. Definitely shareable… but you may not want to

Came to eat lunch Mi Cocina while in Frisco, our server Julio was fantastic and the food was unique and very tasty. The staff was very hospitable and the decor of the restaurant had a cool vibe.

My server was Tatiana and she’s such a sweet girl. She was very attentive and took amazing care of us. I have very specific orders and she ensured that my order was correct. She made sure we had a great time. I can not recommend asking for her as your server enough! The food was also delicious, especially the ceviche! The ceviche was one of the most authentic ceviches I have had in Texas.

Love this Mi Cocina! They have food $10 and up. You get a LOT of food. I normally get the togo and you get a complimentary big bag of tortilla chips+ salsa. When you order online, food is ready FAST! So make sure you are close when you order online. Everytime I go in there, the music is good but not overbearing and customers are smiling. I ordered today too! Never let’s me down. God bless you.

Mi Cocina is a nice establishment. We went for lunch, but this would also serve as a beautiful date night spot. The food was delicious. The patio is beautiful. The service was attentive and lacked for nothing. I enjoyed everything about this place and would definitely go again. Yum!

Consistently good food with usually happy service. We typically sit at the bar and have crispy tacos, which are some of the best. We also love their guacamole and the salsa is our favorite! For a bigger meal with lots of everything, try the deluxe 57!

Wow!! What an amazing experience!! Rare top notch customer service!! We absolutely enjoyed every encounter from the hostess stand to the delightful server, Julio and even had great chats with the Manager, Edith! Alejandro the chef even popped by to say Hi and greet us! We started with a delicious appetizer, Cocina Platter which had crunchy toquitos, chunky and tasty quac and velvety queso. Our main course had to be the enchiladas, my husband tried the crunchy ones with pablano crema that was to die for! Ended the night with a smorgasbord of tres leches and coffee- chocolate and vanilla! This specific location has been here since early 2000’s and it’s definitely stood the test of time! Oh and you cannot forget the nice waterfront patio views! Must try for a date night or just going out with the girls!

Probably the best fajitas I’ve had in a long time. I got the combo chicken and beef and they both melt in your mouth. Both the chicken and beef are perfectly seasoned and so tender. If you’ve ever had tough fajita meat you will appreciate how tender the meat is here.
Iced tea is great. My only disappointment was the queso blanco that was pretty bland and on the runny side.
