My husband and I went for the first time and we’ll definitely be back again. I didn’t expect the food to be as good as it was. The drinks were awesome and Ms. Kimberly was the best. There’s also a beer wall with different flavors of beer. 10/10 recommend.

I recently visited TAP 65 Bar & Grill and had a great experience overall. The first thing you notice is the atmosphere, which is bolstered by an incredibly friendly and attentive staff who make you feel welcome the moment you walk in.
The drink selection is a standout feature here. They have a fantastic variety of cocktails and a really cool self-pour draft wall. I particularly enjoyed the “sour style” selections—it’s a fun way to sample different brews at your own pace.
When it comes to the food, my biggest recommendation is to skip the traditional entrees and go for a variety of their small plates instead. We started with the Caesar salad, which was citrus-forward and refreshing. The hummus and cauliflower were also solid choices, but the absolute stars of the show were the chicken wings. Pro tip: Ask for them “extra crispy” with buffalo sauce and lemon pepper on the side. The crispness and juiciness of these wings are truly unmatched!
I did try a couple of the larger plates, but they didn’t quite hit the same mark as the appetizers. The Butter Marsala Ramen was a bit too tomato-forward for my personal preference. As for the Ribeye Steak, the meat quality wasn’t quite ideal, but the main drawback was the lack of seasoning. They served it with A1 sauce on the side automatically, which is usually a red flag that the kitchen knows the flavor profile is a bit thin.
Stick to the self-pour taps and the small plates (especially those wings!), and you’re guaranteed to have a fantastic time. I’ll definitely be back for the drinks and snacks!

OMG! This restaurant is a must-go. Tap 65 is no longer Indian cuisine—it has the same name but new owners and a new menu. We dined in this past Wednesday and are so glad we did. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be going back.

Kimberly was naturally inviting, hospitable, and knowledgeable about the menu, and she makes some of the BEEESSSSTTT drinks. I also have to mention the tap beer experience—it was one of a kind.

The vibe was great, the music was good, and OH—the wings, rosemary fries, and nachos were delicious . This is my new go-to spot. If you live anywhere nearby or not and are up for a new experience, it’s a must that you visit Kimberly at Tap 65!!

It’s been a min since I last went. They got new Menu + Management!

The menu has reduced & more American bar food style. Had some ramen & not bad ! Just the menu lost most of the Indian touches.

Looked for a low key spot for my wife’s 40th Birthday… A low key main street spot is always needed for us old folk . Service from Madison was very attentive! Drinks and Food was hot and fresh! New Owner Kimberly was on point as well friendly and courteous very welcoming. Highly recommended. We wish yall the best and will be back. I think we found our new go to night out spot!

Really fun place with tasty shareables. You can self serve from different taps. The Summer Burrata and Brussel Sprouts were fantastic.

The food here is ok. You will not find authentic Indian food. It is more like an American version of it. However, the staff will make sure you will thoroughly enjoy your visit. This is the restaurant where I have received the best customer service ever.
They will take the time to explain the menu to you, and they will make sure you choose the option that you will enjoy the most according to your preferences and needs.
I will not be coming back, though. The food is nothing special, and it looks like they are still trying to figure out how to run this place.

The food is beyond delicious. Great options of cocktails! They can accommodate large groups. We were a group of 10 ladies, the service was great, food came in time and was delicious. They have vegetarian options as well.

I’m from South Carolina and was looking for a laid back environment to enjoy while I waited for some friends to get off work in Baton Rouge. I found Tap65 online and decided to try it. The staff was so welcoming and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the new menu. The wings were absolutely amazing! I’ve been to tap rooms before, but never one that had an option for creating your own flight; that was very neat. Great experience overall!

My first time to Tap65 and wow, I will not wait to come back! We pre-ordered for their Desi Crawfish today and the flavor blew my mind! The perfect mix of spice and savory. The tap wall was a ton of fun where you pay by the ounce for the beer you pour. There is also a water tap on the wall so water can be refilled at any time. Please don’t let Desi crawfish be a one time thing!!
