We ordered carryout about 2 weeks ago, arrived to the store and it was not ready. Waited 15-20 minutes and they never bothered to start the order. Gave them another try tonight, had the confirmation email saying it was ready arrived to pickup carryout and they had no idea what happened to the order, it wasn’t ready. Will not be back.

Pizza ready, hot and on time for pickup. Service not so good…waiting at counter for pickup and not assisted by several employees busy making pizzas. Eventually was assisted by a returning delivery driver who got me my pizza.

Update: this Dominos has gone down hill over the last two years. Delivery times have skyrocketed, quality and customer service have tanked. I got a pizza that was clearly overcooked. When I called to let them know the manager said,”I don’t see how that’s possible”. Oof, don’t ever call me a liar! I offered to show him a picture but he insisted he didn’t want to see it. I will be putting Dominos in time-out for one year. Hopefully they can get their poop in a group.

Well, tracker said 12 minutes . . waited 15, checked was told it would be 45 minutes… I have never had to wait more then 12 to 15 minutes to get a pizza from domino’s. They will refund my money in 3 business days… Off to buy food elsewhere.

I recently ordered a vegetarian pizza and pasta dish from a local restaurant, but was extremely disappointed to find that the pasta dish that arrived was not vegetarian it had bacon. When I pointed out the mistake to the restaurant, they were not willing to accept responsibility and were not willing to rectify the situation. It took a lot of persuasion, and showing them the online list of ingredients, before they would finally accept that they had made a mistake. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as it seems they are not particularly customer-focused. And they dont know how to cut pizza slice at all.

My wife and I got take out here and the food was great. The prices are much better than the likes of pizza hut or others. The people who work there are friendly and the store was clean. That 6 cheese Wisconsin is a real winner. Only comment I have is to allow customers to put more pepperoni on from the app, but that’s not the fault of this dominos.

Bar None the WORST Domino’s Pizza EVER! I ordered once and absolutely nothing was correct, down to the sauce after a considerable wait time.
Light sauce FYI is a quantity, not a color. I wanted a smaller portion of red sauce and got white (Alfredo? ) I got cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks. Not sure what was so complicated. The Manager gave me a credit, which was nice, but obviously the right thing to do.
I gave them another try. Took over an hour when I was told 30-40 minutes. When my pizza finally arrived, it was not in an insulated bag and the driver carried it like a suitcase. Had the pizza not been completely cold, besides being stuck to the top of the box I guess it would have been all on one side as well. Should have added a pic of the garlic twist box, when being carried like a suitcase all the oil and grease was dripping from the end facing the ground and the box was soaked. All cold all disgusting. Called the Manager and that was a waste of time, said he hoped my next experience was better. PASS on another experience with this place. I suggest a little Pizza 101 class for EVERYONE in this store, down to how to properly carry a pizza. If I could give no stars it would be well earned!!
My Recommendation: Buy a frozen Pizza in town, you will know when it will be ready, it will be what you asked for and be HOT and save yourself a good chunk of change for something hot fresh and edible, instead of their GARBAGE!!!

Horrible. Took over an hour to get our food and when we got it, it was cold. I got half pepperoni and half sausage with extra of both and there wasn’t even enough sausage on it to have the regular amount. Very disappointing. Never again you can actually see how cold it is and I just opened the box after getting it from the driver.

Ordered pizza to my hotel, after an hour I called and they couldn’t find the giant hotel right down the hill from their store. Then told me they would remake the pizza and deliver it shortly. I called again 45min later was told it’s out for delivery and it and never showed up and they never called.
