I bring my son here every Friday after school. The ice cream is always great and the service friendly. The only issue is the ice cream might be a bit pricey for some, but the scoops are large.

The place is nice to sit and enjoy the location and food. The ice cream was good….with the lavender being the overall favorite. Will definitely make time to come back and enjoy the various menu items. Great place to cool.off from the summer heat!!!

Taos Cow at Anglada very consistently delivers the best breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and ice cream more than anyone in this town, in my humble opinion. I come here for the breakfast burritos quite a bit and they’re always both filling and fantastic tasting. The staff are also always super nice and the combination of everything makes this a 10/10 place to go for me.

The ice cream was tasty.
The young gal who took our order had no tact and came across as someone who shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry.
Is it the best ice cream I have ever had? Definitely not

Had the lavender and the pistachio ice cream and they were STUPENDOUS!! Very natural and without all the fluff and puff, fake color, etc. Very large portions on the breakfast and lunch menu. 5 stars!

I went to Taos Cow on Satuday and purchased two pints of Mexican chocolate ice cream or so I thought. Got home to create affogatos for myself and my visiting friends. There were no chocolate chunks in the ice cream and it didn’t taste right. Brought the pints back and explained the situation. No apology or reimbursement for the wrong ice cream in first pint – used half. Replaced wrong pint with correct Mexican Chocolate ice cream. I would have expected more from a business and its employees. Customer service is non-existent. Found out they don’t even make the ice cream in Taos but Santa Fe cause I asked for replacement chocolate chips. A no go.

To premise this review, I have lived in Taos my whole life and have enjoyed Taos cow ice cream since I was extremely young, however consistently when I have gone, unless I am being served by the owner there is always issues with customer service. As an ice cream shop you want to create a welcoming and inviting area for people, especially families and etc. I have had some of the worst customer service in the new Angladas building, the lady who served me was tatted all over with god knows how many piercings, and was generally rude in how she addressed me and how I observed her addressing others as well. This has not just been this last time I went, it’s a pretty consistent thing and I find even when I ask my friends and family about their experience, every time they say the ice cream is excellent but the service is poor. Everyone is entitled to look and dress how they want, however if Taos cow wants to attract more business, get young well dressed people who are customer service orientated.

I am not a breakfast person – but the Taos Cow makes me want to become one. The breakfast burrito is the best in Taos, I’m totally convinced of it. Always fast, and always happy to fix it just the way you would like it. The Lox bagel with works is another item worth coming for, and their coffee is great. The value is also ridiculous – you get a lot of food AND it’s so delicious for a little more than $10.

Was picked up in the 10 min time frame given by the girl who took the order.
I ordered a turkey club sandwich with added cucumber and sprouts but got all the way home and was sour kraut
It was good though I just scraped off what I didn’t need but I did pay for the sprouts to be given that.
Was a big sandwich. If you are sharing get some extra chips
Got a couple pints of ice cream! Didn’t know that they had that
Overall 4 out of 5

Edit: wow! You have to try to burn coffee that badly. I’ve worked coffee shops before, I know it happens sometimes and it can’t be helped, I also know what good coffee tastes like and burnt coffee taste like. You’d think they could at least be nice about it though and admit that it’s burnt instead of treating their customers like a Karen. Instead they insisted that it was their finest roast and refused to even taste it. I almost gagged. They get two stars though because I really like their bagels. Always spot on with the bagels. Credit given where credit is due. Might be worth mentioning that I’ve gotten their coffee before and it’s usually delicious, seriously threw me off when they were rude to me when I told them how burnt that batch of coffee was . They did not make a new batch, they insisted that’s just what it’s supposed to taste like and gave me *some of* my money back. $3 back on a $4 16 oz coffee
