Disappointed! I love Tanya’s and was looking forward to my quesadilla to go on a busy work day. I called in my order and asked for a cheese quesadilla with vegetables, this is was I got. not only were there no peppers and onions inside with the cheese But NO pico de gallo or sour cream with it which seems standard for a plate. I paid $17.00 for this and even left a tip, I’m so bummed.

We came to Napa for a girls trip getaway… we found this place and it was SUCH A TREAT!!! We love this little jewel in the wall. It was one of the first places we discovered and have told everyone about it.
Edgar was the first person we talked to and he is a GEM! He’s so friendly and kind and informative!!!! He also gave us the name and # of an Uber driver – DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! As we were doing a wine tasting that day.
We visited this place repeatedly during our stay and loved it!! For sure will return when we come back to Napa.

Great casual Mexican indoor – outdoor experience. Place is airy and green. Edgar was very pleasant and patiently helped up pick vegetarian and meat choices. We ordered hard taco with mole chicken (spicy), veg soft tacos, potato faluto and chile relleno (Edgar’s recommendation). Plate had flavorful rice salsa guacamole and pickled peppers. Topped off with chilled corona and Jarritos.. affordable comfort mexican food with great casual ambience.

My last meal before departing Napa for points south and east, my friend brought us to Tannya’s. Definitely one of the least expensive meals I’ve had in this part of California. Which is not to say that there was any tradeoff for deliciousness.
It’s a taqueria so I chose tacos. They also have burritos and platters and such. But my three taco plate with beef, chicken and al pastor. Delicious authentic tacos topped with onions and cilantro and some rather spicy pickled carrots. Oh so good.

I’ll get to food in just a second (spoiler alert: it’s fantastic!), but first I have to tell you how incredible the service is!! They are friendly, high energy, great recommendations, and just overall amazing!
The food is delicious; authentic flavors, cooked to perfection, and extremely filling portions.
We had asada tacos, quesadilla al pastor, beans, fresh homemade chips, and lots of lime! We could have ordered even more if we weren’t so full from the first order.
Great ambiance; views of the surrounding area, decorations inside, good music, etc.
Definitely a must try!!
