Celebrated my 16 th Wedding Anniversary. Great food! George was our server and was amazing, ensuring we were well taken care off. Josh brought our appetizers out as explained everything.

I have dined here twice to celebrate my birthday and both times have had an experience out of this world. Food is delicious, the starters, the entrees, the sides, the cocktails are great as well. The table was a huge fan of the steak tartare and of the bolognese. Our server who we had both times, Anna, was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and just on top of it. Anna truly went above and beyond. The managers and front of staff was also so so kind and mindful of the fact I had a special celebration this night. They even wrote me a little happy birthday note! Overall 10/10. Very impressed and grateful for the experience.

Decided to try Tango Room on a recommendation from a friend. It’s a very cozy speak-easy feel with nice big booths. Started with old fashioned and French 75, both cocktails were solid. Appetizers included the truffle deviled eggs and lobster corn dogs. The deviled eggs were super rich and creamy. The mustard sauce with the lobster corn dogs was excellent. We had the special, 14oz bone-in filet with crab and bordalaise, and the regular 8oz filet. Both were well seasoned and cooked to preference. Overall it was a very nice evening, but definitely overpriced, which is why I gave 4/5. Worth checking out, but I probably won’t be returning.

The tango has some of the best service, the staff is diligent. The food and quality has to be some of the best in the city. Nick the sommelier suggested great wine that paired really well with the dishes we had. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be back for dinner very soon. I will highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a great time and food.

A lovely, intimate, luxurious restaurant nestled in the corner of the interior/decorative district of Dallas. Small retro 1920s vibe with 12 booths so please have a reservation. Photos below are truffle devil eggs, duck, duck wings, crab fried rice… the deviled eggs were elegant, the yolk so silky…. The duck wings were glazed in a honey chipotle glaze so smooth it was almost as if the duck was dipped then fried to perfection. The duck entree was tender, and sliced beautifully. This is definitely an amazing place to visit for an anniversary, proposal first date if you want to impress a date.

What a lovely experience we had. Every one was on point, from the valet to Anna.

Really cool clubby space that’s a throwback to steakhouses of old. We had oysters and the wedge salad to start, both of which were outstanding. The steak was good quality and tasty, and the duck fried rice and brussels sprouts sides were very good as well. To me, the wine list was unnecessarily expensive. I’d like to see a lot more bottles in the sub-$200 range. That said, the cocktail program was excellent. While we enjoyed our experience overall, I’m leaving four stars simply because the prices feel a bit aspirational ($30 for a side of bordelaise sauce?). There are similar offerings in town of the same quality that offer a better value, in my opinion.
