We are from our of town, our local papa johns are far better with customer service. Driver calls and says he fell so i had to walk out in the cold to retrieve our pizza that he dropped while falling out the reatruant. We have 3 hungry kids and the managaer only offered new pizzas which wont help us. Do better offer partial refund, spending $80 for this mess is unacceptable

Ordered two pizzas. The one my girlfriend ordered was missing 3 of the 5 toppings she paid extra for (yes we double checked the order and the stick on the box said everything that she ordered) . I called, got put on hold for 20 minutes before we gave up, but they didn’t actually use the hold feature on the phone, so I got to hear all of their conversations, I especially enjoyed the yelling about sticking fingers into a certain hole, that was awesome to hear from the people that handled your food.

Ordered delivery through the website. 5.99 fee and we didnt receive 1/3 of our order. No way to get help online, no way to leave actual feedback or get assistance with my order like other ordering systems. The system is poorly designed and it seems the company doesnt care to fix issues (submit feedback is the only recourse online).

The pizza is usually okay. No qualms about the product. It’s more so that every single time I walk into this location, they are EXTREMELY rude. Not a little bit rude. Not frustrated because they are swamped. They are obviously being purposefully rude. And the kinder you are to them, the more rude they become. Like magic! Still gonna order food because I like to watch mean people suffer.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Papa John’s at University Ave absolutely deserves one. Every time I order, the pizza arrives hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it. The crust is always perfect—crispy outside, soft inside—and the toppings actually taste like real ingredients (looking at you, cardboard pizza chains). Delivery is fast, staff are polite, and they’ve never once messed up an order. Bonus points for the garlic sauce. Seriously. That stuff could solve wars.
Highly recommend if you want consistent quality without the wait. Papa’s got it right.

Best papa John’s on this side of the city. Friendly, kind, efficient staff, great pizza and food everytime. Wish I could afford to tip more. Great place and my go to place for a good deal on a solid pie.

This place deserves a five star review. If I had more stars to give, I would long story short me and my daughter came to Papa John’s to buy pizza we were excited because we were about to go see our family with pizza and drinks soon as I got to my car I realized that I locked my keys inside my car mind you it is so cold outside it’s like 20° few seconds later, I realized that I also locked my phone in the car. What an idiot I felt so embarrassed because I knew that I had no one’s number memorized to come save us. The only number I know from the top of my head is my mom’s number. As embarrassing as this felt, I walked back in the Papa John’s with my seven-year-old daughter and told the young lady that was at the register What happened she sympathized with me and was so kind to bring a chair over to let us sit and have our pizza, while we figure out a solution. I wish I remembered her name, but I had so much things going on at once, and forgot to ask her what her name was all the employees were so helpful and kind. The girl called one of her friends to come and help us try to get the door open. He came within 15 minutes and tried his best to help us such a kind human but unfortunately he couldn’t get the door open. He ended up calling locksmith to come and open the car door for us. I was charged $95 dollars to get it open. It’s the kindness for me the thoughtfulness and me and my daughter finally got home happy and safe,I can’t stop thinking about how good were being treated as customers. Will definitely go back again. If you want be treated with respect and kindness you better hit up this place.

This location was super quick and the pizza tasted great. Not the location’s fault, but the price is a little intense for me. We also got large pizzas, and they were about the same size as a medium from other places we have been.

I was told 15 min for a wait on a 1 topping pizza. 40 minutes later I get it from a disgruntled employee. In the meantime a worker is watching movies under a table hidden in delivery bags. Sipping a coke. Lol
