Delicious!
Probably one of the best curries I’ve ever had.
I’m from England and was really craving a curry, so we came down to Nosara to try Tandoor. Everything was excellent. Good portion sizes for the price!

Fantastic little restaurant with incredible authentic food in a lovely little outdoor mall. The seating area is covered and shielded from the road, with views of the shops. It was quiet, until nighttime when the crickets began to sing.
We came in as two adults and three children, and everyone found something to enjoy—I wish I had taken more photos of the food because the presentation was as lovely as the dinner was delicious. Highly recommend the samosas, which were generously sized and I am still dreaming about today.
I look forward to returning to Nosara and dining here again!

Our food was so flavorful. The spice level was perfect too. We both chose medium and it was spot on. I love that they had a whole page of vegetarian entree options, and lots of other items too.
I don’t usually do naan because I’m usually stuffed without it, but the rosemary garlic one was delicious! I can’t resist anything rosemary. We also had the veggie pakora which is always one of my favorites.
I didn’t catch our server’s name but he was very attentive and kind.
Would recommend checking it out. And will likely go back again. Excited to mow down on our leftovers later.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent price. I had lamb tikka masala as an entrée for lunch. They even give you water in a copper cup with a copper bottle. It was super authentic and flavorful. You get your choice of rice or naan. I think you should get both. It was super delicious. And the people are very nice and attentive. You’re in a courtyard by a parking lot so it could be a little bit nicer to take away. It was excellent.

Excellent food and service!! Food was all made to order and some of the best Indian food we’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was lovely and we received a complimentary desert to finish the meal. Excellent value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband and I have been coming to Nosara for years. Neither of us have had Indian food before and decided to give it a try. The food was absolutely incredible! We only have positive things to say about the food and how amazing it was! The staff were not only super friendly, but were so helpful when helping us decide what to order by providing suggestions. If you visit Nosara, PLEASE eat here, you will not be disappointed!! We are already planning our next dinner there before we head back home! 🙂

I was dancing in my seat as I ate! It is authentic and so incredibly delicious. The beef curry and chicken curry had incredible depth of flavor and the vegetarian samosa was a must-try with the sauces they provide. Some of their pricing could be considered high, but this is literally the best food we have eaten since we have been in Costa Rica so if you like Indian food, this restaurant is a must!

This place feels like such a hidden gem, we went and no one was there. Service is polite and attentive, they even gave us complimentary dessert. The best part, by far, was the food. We had the Paneer Makhani and Chicken Tikka Masala, absolutely to die for! We both cleared our plates. The Garlic Naan was delectable, everything was outstanding. Hands down, better than any Indian food I’ve had in the US, which thoroughly surprised me! P.S. excuse the half eaten food, we couldn’t help to dive in when it came to the table LOL

Chef Ajay and Ravindra crushed it. We were at Tandoor for lunch and had Butter chicken, Chhole Pindi, Palak Paneer, and Paneer Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan and rice. Each and every dish was authentic Indian and tasty. The quality of food coming out of this small kitchen is amazing. Kids complimented the chefs with a well-deserved Shabbash (well done).
