Absolutely unacceptable experience. We drove all the way from the city center to eat at this restaurant, relying on the online information which clearly states it is open until 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:10 PM, well within the stated hours.
The moment we reached the door, the waitress did not even allow us to enter the restaurant. She physically blocked the entrance and rudely said “solo take away,” without any greeting, explanation, or basic courtesy. She did not let us step inside to look, ask questions, or even speak properly. Instead, she pushed a menu card toward us as if we were an inconvenience.
When I calmly asked whether it was still within their working hours, there was no polite response, no clarification, and no apology. The attitude was hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Even if a place is only offering takeaway, basic courtesy is to treat customers with respect, not guard the door like they are doing you a favor.
After being treated this way, we had absolutely no interest in ordering anything, takeaway or otherwise. Clear communication, customer service, and basic manners were completely missing.
If you don’t want customers near closing time, update your hours online. And if you work in hospitality, learn the meaning of hospitality.
Very bad experience. Definitely not recommended.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine in Bogotá, this restaurant is a must-visit! The chef, originally from India, crafts dishes that truly capture the essence of traditional flavors. Every bite is a taste of India, making it one of the best Indian restaurants in the city. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Indian food!

I ordered chai tea and water along with Garlic Naan Jeera Rice and Mixed Vegetable. Naan was good. But veggie had too much oil and spice level was very low. The guy who took the order did not bring the Aqua / water inspite of reminder. The staff is not focused and play with their mobile phones most of the time. There is no attention given to customers. They do try to charge more than what you order. Double check the bill for the items before making payment. Not sure whether it is intentional or trying to scam or due to lack of attention. Be careful.

The food here is really close to authentic. I tried harabhara kabab, chana masala and mix veg and requested them to be vegan. Roti is too small and bit of disappointment , but kulcha is great. When I went, it was around 8.45pm in the night so they said we can’t dine in. Nevertheless the food is great

A truly charming and incredible place—highly recommended! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. My wife and I are passionate about Indian cuisine, and compared to other places we’ve tried, this spot felt more affordable without compromising quality. Chef Pritam personally checked on us twice, ensuring everything was perfect and taking the time to chat. Yuly and Alba provided exceptional service, making the experience even more enjoyable. As a Canadian-American who loves Indian food, I can confidently say this was a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

So surprised (in the best way!) to have stumbled across this authentic Indian restaurant in Bogota! The food is actually good! (coming from an Indian foodie)
North Indian, Punjabi style cuisine.. the chai was piping hot (the way it should be!) and tasty. The kulchas (Indian bread) were delicious and made fresh. The paneer tikka masala was outstanding and had the right amount of spice (if you like spicy, then this is your spot)
Even the dessert hit home! Gulab jamun was so tasty, instead of eating just one, I had to have both!

This is probably the most authentic Indian restaurant you’ll find in the city. The flavours, the tableware, the drinks, and the ambience make this place an immersive experience in Indian culture. I recommend accompanying the main dishes with just two extras to share as the portions are quite generous. However, the service could be better.

Food and service was excellent. We arrived there on a rainy evening when they were about to close, Chef Pritam Singh allowed us in and then made us delicious chai, we had it with Samosa. Our food was made in just 15 mins, we had Kadhai Paneer and naan. It was very authentic.
