because I went there to keep me warm. and have coffee and meal. end out more sick . the heating system was nothing. major ice cold air coming from floor and bathroom men. and also the girl got silent when her boss came next to her to talk to me and take over the coversation and told ke i had no $20 redeem coupon associated with my phone number or account she know very well what she did. she wanted make me feel bad in front if her boss. not care about customer. only care about herself selfishly, i contacted the customer service over the phone and they told me she in fact ordered and redeemed my $20 and i think there was still a $2 credit remaining but supervisor thought i did not had coupon also she used my sip club for coffee mug. that is why supervisor was nit able to see it on my accojnt maybe. not sure. find out quite strange behavior. i have been at panera bread across usa and never had issue like that except one time in valporiso

This restaurant is a postcard example of the endemic decline of fast food restaurants nationwide.
1. **Decline in Food Quality**: The food I ordered was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Panera bread. The $9 chicken noodle soup bowl was served half-full and was almost all exclusively broth. What a shame. It was clear that the attention to detail I once appreciated was lacking.
2. **Cleanliness Concerns**: The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. The dining area had dirty floors, uncleared tables, sticky surfaces. I did not use the restroom.
3. **Service Issues**: While I understand that staff may be under pressure, the service was noticeably slower and less attentive than in the past. There was no cashier, only kiosk service. At no point did I have any interaction or welcoming feeling from a worker. There is absolutely no sense of community. Just a stale, lifeless, corporate blob. Will not come again. Keep your money in the community by dining at a local restaurant.

Second time of bad service. First time I placed an order through the app. When I arrived the food wasn’t ready. When I received the food the soup was cold. Second time I actually order at the register it was too go. When I got it, it was served on a plate to dine in. I told the lady preparing the food, that I had ordered it to go. She grabbed the bagle of the plate threw it into a bag and almost tossed it at me. Bad customer service.

I had the Fromage French toast samich which is provolone & American cheese ..carmelized onions ..arugula on toasted bread & tomato soup .. The sandwich was ok .. just a bit too sweet but it was ok ..the tomato soup is always good … OQ

I’ve gone to a few different Panera locations, this one by far is the best. The customer service stands out, Danity always greets me with a smile, is super helpful and professional. The management team is always greeting customers and supporting the staff. Really nice to see teamwork and a friendly staff.

The atmosphere is welcoming for anyone needing a place to relax and maybe pull out a laptop and get work done. The customer service is excellent, a harmonious cross between the convenience of ordering fast food and eating at a restaurant.
The prices for the food are on the high end and it’s only really possible to enjoy when one has enough money to order as they please. I ordered the bread bowl with tomato soup and it was a interesting experience.

The spicy chicken was mehhhh. The picture may look big but compared to other chicken sandwiches, it’s very small. The piece of chicken itself is small and thin.
All that for $17 is expensive.
