We are a family-owned cafe that started in Easthampton in a beautifully renovated train depot in 2013. Since then, we have opened stores across the valley in Northampton, Hadley, Florence, and West Springfield. With a focus on fresh and delicious food, our bagels and pastries are baked daily in our Hadley bakery and transported to each of the cafes. Our house-whipped cream cheese is a staple for any cream cheese lover – fluffy, creamy, and we have multiple flavor options! Whether you’re grabbing breakfast to-go or coffee with a friend, Tandem Bagel welcomes all to our family-friendly cafe.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast!! The sandwiches were superb!! The bagel had a great crunch, and everything tasted really fresh and yummy!! We ordered two coffees one hot and one iced both were good!! Stop here!!

What a nice place!! Their food was very good! Loved the vegan options!! We enjoyed our bagels with vegan cream cheese! Delicious. Our 2 year old daughter also had a fruit smoothie which she loved. My husband got a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately they didn’t have a vegan egg substitute but he got the vegan sausage, cheese and avocado and it was good! Would definitely go there again!! I would recommend ordering ahead online. Though the line went quickly the wait for the food was a bit long. Lastly, the bathroom we used was very spacious but without a baby changing table. There was plenty of space to change them on the floor and it didn’t bother me.

I love this place. Great coffee. Great bagels. Great food, in general. I’ve never encountered an unfriendly employee here and despite the fact that it’s usually pretty busy, the atmosphere makes for a nice place to work. By far, it’s my favorite coffee/breakfast/lunch place to get some writing done in Easthampton. It’s also the place I tend to suggest if I’m meeting someone for coffee. Highly recommended.

The bagels are good, and they have many unique flavors. They’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The inside is soft & dense as opposed to soft & airy, but I still very much enjoyed it.

Breakfast spot with designer style bagels and different varieties of cream cheese. I had The Tandem Classic on an Everything Bagel and the Siracha Maple on the Hot & Spicy. All the flavor components were present and the taste was great but there was barely no cream cheese on either of the sandwiches. They also do not cut the bagels in half for you like most bagel shops do so when you go to cut them yourself all the toppings are sliding off and it becomes a mess before you can even take the first bite. I’ve also tried the Iced Coffee and their Iced Latte and both tasted subpar . I would’ve given 5 stars and overlooked the mediocre coffee because it is a bagel shop, but the minimal thin layer of cream cheese and not cutting the bagels in half to make it easy for people to share or just enjoy it without having to remake the sandwich.

I’ve always wanted to try, and finally did. It does not disappoint. Outstanding! Iced Maple Cinnamon Latte with coconutmilk was sooooooo good. We got the snickerdoodle and blueberry French toast bagels with vanilla cream cheese. Ordered online, and was ready as stated. Definitely will be back!

A nice clean restaurant, where most people are getting take out but you can sit and enjoy a meal either inside or outside. I had the Lox bagel. They had a couple different gluten free bagels that were very good.
