Fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma are excellent, and the tandoori dishes are perfectly seasoned with a nice smoky finish. Friendly service and a warm vibe—worth the price for the quality.

A nice little gem not far from Fells Point. Tandav has an excellent selection of Indian classics and more. Their Alu Tikki Chaat and Samosas very good appetizer choices. Our main dishes were chicken Korma and Malai Kotta that were tasty with a nice amount of spiciness. A side of their Naan bread will not disappoint and if you have room for desert the rice pudding and gulab jamon are so good.
Service was exceptional… polite, prompt, and friendly. And the atmosphere was wonderful for a nice meal and conversation.
If you like Indian food add this to your “go to” list.

We live right by this place and we come here ALL the time! They have a pretty cheap lunch special that’s any 2 entrees plus rice & naan. It’s always delicious, we try to get different things from the menu every time. They haven’t had the buffet in a while, but the lunchbox is a good similar lunch and a lot cheaper than a typical buffet. Love this place!

Tandav is a hidden gem tucked away on the corner of Lombard and Register streets (just off Broadway) in Upper Fells Point. The family who run the restaurant are so friendly and clearly take pride in the food and service. One of my favorite dishes is the Hyderbadi Curry, which is a southern Indian dish with a slightly different spice profile than northern Indian dishes. However, everything I have tried has been excellent.

Tandav Indian Cuisine was fantastic. Cozy, casual vibe with a welcoming atmosphere. The Indian dishes were fresh, flavorful, and authentic — every bite had bold, well-balanced spices. Service was friendly and attentive. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal with satisfying Indian flavors.

We ordered carryout which was my first experience with Tandav. The service was polite and gracious, the restaurant is a cozy and a convenient neighborhood place and you can BYOB. The food is delicious

This is the only place in Baltimore I get my Indian cruisine. They have the best garlic naan. With any of the dish it goes so well. I had the butter chicken today and the species were mixed together perfectly. Had a great aroma. Would recommend 10/10:))

The food was okay at best, while being on the pricier side. The service too was okay and the server mistook us for someone else making the situation awkward. There are better options available in Baltimore for Indian food, though the ambiance of the place is nice. Portion sizes are good.

This place reminds me of my beloved city Mumbai. This is exactly how most restaurants serve food back in Mumbai. Dim lights, slow music, and great service.
They’d start off by serving papad and green chutney (my fav) followed by some more papad and then some more haha.
My fav from this place is karai paneer and chaat dishes.
Not a big fan of biryanis they served here.
Takeaway is good, but do try the dine in here. I hope you enjoy the ambience and service as much as I did!
